Mountain High Outfitters

I visited Mountain High Outfitters for the first time in Tuscaloosa, Alabama visiting my sister and bought a pair of Patagonia shorts. I loved them so much and found out there was a MHO 10 mins from where I lived so I decided to give them a call and check to see if they had the shorts in stock. Ryan answered the phone and was so nice, he said they needed to check their backstock and would give me a a call back. Not even an hour later I got a call back from MHO, I was on another call so I missed the call but he left a voicemail letting me know they had the shorts! Just went by and picked them up. Thanks Ryan!!

Went in to browse after searching for restrooms nearby with no luck. My husband asked an employee if he could direct us in the right direction, we had two little ones so we needed to find one soon. I didn't catch his name but the older gentleman, I believe he was the manger. He was very friendly and allowed us to use their restroom. We ended up making a purchase as well, and to our surprise it was on sale so even better!

Such a great place w/ a great team! My family and I always look forward to stopping by and purchasing our outdoor needs/wants at Mountain High Outfitters in downtown Alpharetta! This morning I stopped by to exchange a pair of On Running shoes for my wife and the entire experience was easy, professional and even enjoyable! I can’t say enough about the “young” people who work here and their amazing personalities and professionalism! MHO in Alpharetta is the best!!

I purchased two pairs of shoes yesterday at their Alpharetta location . Chuck was super knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. I will definitely shop here in the future!

Went looking for new hiking boots and Christmas presents for my husband. Great customer experience. The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a pair that fit my needs.

Great selection of many great brands. We love coming here for sunglasses, oddly enough - they sell many of our favorite brands (knockarounds, etc). Great selection of hats, tumblers, coats, shoes and more.

Had a great experience. Blaine was phenomenal. Was looking for a specific color sneaker and she picked it up from another store that night so I could get it the next day. Will definitely be back because of Blaine. Service matters

The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for anyone beginning their outdoor journey! It's a little crammed but they have everything you could possibly need.

The manager at the new store in Alpahretta. Was one of the best understand managers I have ever dealt with!!! She want to make sure what I was getting was the right thing and that it fitted right without any pressure whatsoever!

Got some great running shoes but the salesmanship was laid on a little thick. Example: "Those shoes look soooooo good on you!!" They are for running lol.
