These guys are awesome. Amazing customer experience for online shopping. Had an issue with the billing address and was fixed with a quick phone call. Very courteous customer service personnel. Shipping is fast and they sent me updates on the process as the shipment was prepared and sent with UPS tracking.

Fantastic service and helped me out when Brooks themselves wouldn’t. Ordered the new Glycerin 18’s from them Wednesday night and received them in the U.K. on Monday morning. Great service, great value and a great product. All for the price I would pay for a pair in the U.K.

Came in to find some shoes that would fit my running style. Corey exceeded any expectation I had. He lined me up with some great new balances that weren’t even on the shelf yet based on a conversation we had about past shoes and how I felt about some of the shoes I had tried on.
