Staff is always friendly and always has my i cream cones come out looking picture worthy! This is my go to location because as many times as i come I do not experience poor customer as opposed to other BR locations. Also the hours are accurately posted. Thank you. Very local customer :)

Every time I come in, I am always greeted by employees ready to serve me. They are so friendly and make conversation. Scoops are always the same size every time too. Definitely recommend for fast service and great ice cream!

Fast and friendly service. Very clean and overall a nice atmosphere. All the ice cream bins were full of different flavors for you to select from. It's what an ice cream store should be. We will be back.

Friendly staff. Nice lobby area. Delicious ice cream that was just the right amount. And the prices are not too expensive. I would definitely come back here again to be greeted by a friendly smile and some free samples ;)

I took my daughter for ice cream on her birthday and the workers there put candles on her cone for her to celebrate! It was not asked for, but made her so happy! Great service there and of course it's delicious!

Really great place. Very clean. Have chocolate dipped waffle cone inside a cup. Very friendly. Not busy. Yummy!

I live closer to the Lebanon rd one but rather drive to this one bc I have had wonderful experience with this store .All the times I went in they have been very nice and try to get u out as fast as possible even when they are busy :)

Every time I place an order here Chayse always suggest I upgrade to the waffle cone and she is never wrong. Great service, great ice cream.

watched one of the employees give the wrong cone to a costumer. the costumer then proceeded to crush and stomp on the cone. it was such a pleasant experience 5/5 stars.

I love their German chocolate cake ice cream! The guy gave me a huge oversized scoop, so I was very happy!
