Kissimmee RV Park

We bought our first RV ever and decided on living in this RV park for our first month in the new home. We love it! It’s a very peaceful quiet area. The surrounding area may not be as nice because there are a lot of homeless people roaming around but you never find any of them in here which is nice. The laundry room is great, and the bathrooms are surprisingly very clean! Compared to other camp grounds I’ve been too…there’s a lot of things to do around the area. They have a pool that I haven’t been to yet but lots of people seem to enjoy it. This place is affordable and I hope they stay that way because I would definitely continue to come back here for years to come. The people here are friendly as well.

Great affordable location!! Wonderful staff!! Fresh and fun activities for everyone even the kids!! Family bingo was a favorite of mine. Joyce and Tami make you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door, even their maintenance staff Dave and Leo are friendly and super helpful!! Great place to make memories and even new friends

After a very disappointing stay at a park that we have been staying at for over 15 years, less than 2 miles north of there location, we checked this park out last year and booked in this year and very impressed. The park is not as spacious on site size but not crowded, the park is clean and well kept, the personal are very good and friendly, the pool, laundry, office, and grounds very clean and well kept. Very happy and saved a lot of money as there rates are very reasonable, the only negative is the internet signal is marginal as i tried to use it on an aneroid box. We have rebooked for next year.

The employees at this park are wonderful. They are helpful and
do whatever they can to make our daily life pleasant. We have been in this park for almost 10 years and this is the best year yet because of the caring office staff.

This is the best value in Orlando! Great location to all the entertainment. I was there from July 2023 to November 2023. The neighbors and the staff were fantastic! My family came there while I was working and we had a great time. I can’t say enough good about it!

The first time we visited Kissimmee RV park, we hobbled in after dinging the RV in a no-injuries wreck. They were the only campground with space available and were so kind and compassionate with all my rattled emotions.

Though the location is tops (sooo close to Disney and a short hop from all you can eat lobster) and the laundry and bathrooms are always clean, the real reason we came back for the next season, and then again the next year too, and the reason we'll keep coming back is because of the PEOPLE. The staff is wonderful, and so are the campers/residents. We have lifelong friends here now, some we met at bingo, some who walk daily, warm, wonderful, highly recommended.

Kissimmee RV Park is in only a 1 min off of 192...
It's back far enough to make you feel like your in the country...but a few minutes walk from the Dollar Tree. Family Dollar & Bealls Store.

Has a Nice Gazebo right in front of The Laundry with rocking chair...Very relaxing...
The ONLY thing that We didn't like was HOW tight the RV Spaces were.... Your RV has only a couple feet from touching the back of another RV ..VERY TIGHT..
It can be a little pricey $76...but Every RV Park was full..
Nice Place to stay ..We came through for 1 Night... But I'm sure they have a better rate for long term...
You won't be disappointed with the facilities tho .. Nice & Quite

This RV park is a great place to stay! Very friendly management, well maintained facilities, heated pool with a family atmosphere. Great activities to join. This park is in a fantastic location with everything we need nearby. The staff is very welcoming and respectful, always ready to assist with any questions we have. The park itself seems to be safe. Although we've heard that the areas outside the park may not be very safe, we haven't encountered any problems so far. We've been here for almost 2 months, and it's been a positive experience.

This is our third time here, this time Just over three years.

Wonderful Park. Very well maintained grounds, bath/laundry houses, pool and gated for safety. Office staff (Joyce) is a delight and always helpful and welcoming. We're very happy here at Kissimmee RV Park. Location is great~Near the attractions areas and basically any restaurant or shopping establishment you can imagine. Lovely community.

Sites are small but the location is premium and the staff is awesome, bathrooms are clean and pool is nice.

This place is great. Stayed a month and loved it. With the monthly rate there’s no better way to rv near Disney. It’s as fast to get into the parks from here as it is to take the bus from some Disney resorts. Staff and residents were lovely and park is well kept. If we come back to the area we will stay here again!

We had a wonderful and safe stay here. Couple weeks. Gated area with nice dog walking path with private section on top. Bag stations dotted around. Pool was clean and no one used it, well other than us lol! Staff VERY friendly and gave us the low down on traffic and tricks to avoid. 6-10 Minutes from all park entrances, ALL OF THEM! Pull thought flat site with plenty of room, very reasonable rates. Jessica and manager Gale, great folks! We are returning in March, cant wait for the booking site to be open for reservations.

The staff at Kissimmee RV went above and beyond the call of duty during our stay. Prior to checking in, I had a stubborn kidney stone cause a surgery. They were so accommodating… from helping us with our dates, messaging about mail since I wasn’t on site and at the hospital and so much more. When you are in crazy life situations, it’s so incredible to have staff who don’t even know you, yet show such compassion and empathy. The site was great, on-site laundry was great (per the husband), campground was safe and other campers were friendly. Also having propane on site was so convenient. Incredible folks who know how to show hospitality. We cannot wait to come back and actually get to enjoy sunny Florida.

Very nice place. Clean, well kept up with. Seemed like a good mixture of permanent, seasonal, and temp stay folks. The permanent residents' lots are not messy and do not detract from the park at all. We stayed for the week we were visiting Disney. Easy access to any store or restaurant you can think of. Longest park drive was to Magic Kingdom, and was only 24 minutes. The power pedestals were new and the concrete pads at every spot were a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This park is very well kept. The pool is always clean. Very friendly staff. We made several friends. Always something to do here. Definitely coming back next year
