I rented here for over six years. The maintenance crew was very friendly and so was the office staff. Paid rent on time and there were no issues. Any mechanical issues were taken care of at an adequate speed

It's great when it comes to being quiet, of course depending who you have living around you.. we stay by the office, so our view is the lake then trailer with junk furniture that's blocking our view. Then my husband and I with our daughter go for a walk and cars are speeding by passing stop signs not stopping at all.. all around neighborhood is filled with full dumpsters with garbage and furniture hanging on side of it.. very poor management and should be replaced with someone that cares.. hope this will
Help to make this the best community it can become..smh disappointing

A horrible place. Poorly maintained. HOA president and his family own the majority of homes and rent them. The neighborhood has significantly declined in the past ten or so years under their management. They should be embarrassed.
Regular homeowners have no say and virtually no vote in any HOA issues. Dumpsters overflow with trash on a regular basis. Cars get towed if a tire touches the faded white lines of the parking lot. You don't find out about this rule until your car or your guest's car has been towed. Of course management's giant pick up truck can park on the lawn without repercussion. Very glad my parents managed to sell at the height of sellers market and got the heck out of there.
