T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Stopped in with a few questions about my T-Mobile phone. The gentleman answered all my questions. Very nice. When I was getting ready to leave, the gentleman told me I needed to go to the T-Mobile store that was at a different location. He explained to me they do the prepaid part of T-mobile. ( I think that is how he explained it). He was very nice and polite and answered all my questions before he ever told me that the other location handled my phone problems. He was very professional and courteous, not telling me that at the beginning and never helped me. He handled that situation with professionalism and class! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Emile the store manager. She was very helpful and through. She was very Efficient and I enjoyed the visit.

The customer service was really great I got my service transferred from Verizon and it didn't take long and they worked with me to make sure it went as smooth as it could be. Was also able to keep my same device.

The employees at my T Mobile store are always very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with anything that I am doing in their store. They are just as enthusiastic and motivated to help me if I just have questions or concerns on my account, just getting screen protectors replaced and installed, or if I am spending 500 dollars on new devices and that means something to me.

They were a little busy but she got to me quickly. She was so very nice and knowledgeable. I had a question about order and she handled it. I left feeling better than I had after trying to talk to customer service Iine. I thoroughly recommend this store for it's wonderful staff.

I called about a problem with my phone and I hate I didn't catch her name, but the lady that answered told me to bring it in and assured me they would see what they could do to help. The next day Alaina fixed a problem with my phone that technical support couldn't. It was a pleasure speaking with both of you ladies. Thanks Alaina!!!

I have been with T-Mobile for many years and needed to get a new phone. I recently moved to Lexington, NC and went to this new T-Mobile location. Really convenient location at hwys 64 and 52. They were helpful and friendly employees who were patient and knowledgeable with the million questions we asked. Very, very pleased with my visit here.

Chris and jhon are amazing and friendly great customer service I've had in a long time I went in for 1 phone and walked out with 2 and tablet and accessories. If u need service go see them u wont regret it my bill is lower now with all this than it was with 1 phone somewhere else

I have been with Sprint for 10+ years and for the past 5 months had a reaccurring issue with my sim and NOBODY and I mean absolutely No ONE could fix it until I busted this store ALANA is AWESOME and deserves a promotion.. She literally was so calm and reassured me the whole time it would be fixed even though I had doubts from being previously let down.. Snd she worked her magic and I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied as a customer.. Thank you Alana and make sure you guys go see her she’s amazing at what she does 1000000/10

Sadly I had to put Chris and Dale through a hard time with setting up 4 devices but they accepted the challenge with a happy face and a friendly demeanor. I will gladly recommend my friend and family to tmobile in the future
