I can’t say enough great things about Nate C and his outstanding customer service! I showed up to this location with a difficult return situation. Nate was not only patient and understanding, but used outside the box thinking to resolve the issue. While I was there he helped numerous other customers with the same proficiency and demeanor. This is not the closest Game Stop to me but I will now go out of my way to make this my primary store after the positive experience I had there. Thanks again Nate!

Midnight launch for Tears of the Kingdom was a lot of fun. The assistant Jess was very good at getting the crowd excited and riled up, GameStop even gave them these cool sleeves to give to everyone who came. I definitely missed these kinds of high energy community-driven events

My overall experience with this particular store was absolutely amazing! We went in clueless and came out well informed thanks to Jessica. She knows everything about anything in that store and the game world. If you ever have any questions, Jessica is the person to call. She is the bomb! 💜

Omg Jessica needs a promotion or something, she was amazing tonight. I know nothing about my sons switch and she was so calm and informative on the phone about all the possibilities of errors before we came in. And then once we got there she was even more helpful, she checked the joycons to find out which one actually had stick drift, and then did an extra step just to make sure our switch wasn’t the problem either.

So we were able to get the right joycon replaced (with a really cool color) and my 9 year old is thrilled. Thank you again so much Jessica for helping and answering all the questions i had i absolutely appreciate you!

Great customer service! I purchased a switch from here and the staff was very knowledgeable regarding games and gadgets that are needed. I love how much the manager interacts with us, she is great and so are her employees. This staff really makes you feel like family.

We went in tonight because my daughter loves video games and we were doing a photo shoot. Liz manager said we could come in and take some pictures. She was one of the nicest people I've talked to in a long time. She kept telling us if we need anything to just let her know and she will help. The pictures came out amazing. We have bought games here in the past and we will definitely continue to do so in the future. Thank you Liz my daughter loves her pictures. You really made her birthday great.

I’ve had a wonderful time at this location. My daughter wanted to buy what looked like a sweet, innocent game, but it was a psychological horror. The games’ name is Doki Doku Literature Club, I believe. Now, my daughters’ mental health is already low, to the point to where she’s currently on antidepressants, so I thought this would be a sweet game for her. We both were shocked to know that this was an extremely dark game, thanks to Liz, who my daughter might have been in a mental hospitals without. At the end, she decided to get a retro Disney pixel game, thank god for Liz 🤲

friendly knowledgeable staff who love to chat it up about games. they also help you a lot by suggesting how to best purchase things to save money when it comes to digital versus hard copies of games. while i’m usually here with my boyfriend and he knows exactly what he wants, they’ve helped me pick out gifts for him based on games he plays and it’s never disappointed!

I went in here to kill time while waiting for an appointment and the person working that day offered all sorts of cool & interesting tidbits about recent and soon to be released games. You could tell they were a gamer and wanted to make sure you knew all the cool new games!

Customer service was perfect no complaints

GameStop's are very cookie cutter, you can always count on the decor being the same no matter which one you go to. The staff at this location are very friendly and personable and actually take the time to make sure you're good with your purchases. Most of the time, gamer's just want to get their game and bounce but the staff here makes you feel like it's okay to "stop and chat". Great GameStop!

May be small and have fewer items, but still nice ones! Sometimes i find fnaf but not much. They put in a new box of Security Breach so thats nice

Whenever I go here the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and courteous. Staff is also very knowledgeable and more than willing to help answer any questions that I have. One of the best GameStop's that I have ever been to.
