Before meeting Sean, I was in a unique situation that caused me to spend 8 hours of my time with other Gamestop locations and Corporate to resolve an issue I had.

To summarize briefly: I exchanged credit card rewards for egift cards, for a spur-of-the moment PS5 console purchase, at another location. It ended up getting cancelled and my egift card funds were put in a permanent state of limbo that no one else was able to resolve.

I arrived to Sean's store 15 minutes before closing time, and when given the choice of freedom, he instead opted to help me, after hours, with Corporate Customer Service, to finally rectify the issue.

He spared me further hours - on hold - with corporate Customer Customer service, and unneeded - dangerous - visits to more brick and mortar locations.

I owe him my life.

Thank you, Sean, for everything you do for the community and the world as a whole.

I always have a great experience coming into this GameStop. The manager, Todd, is awesome !! He always makes sure you’re doing good and is super helpful and just all around an amazing person. Wish I lived closer to this GameStop— it’s one of the biggest and cleanest (lol) in NOVA.

Customer service was above and beyond. After looking through the store, and not being able to find Players Unknown Battlegrounds I asked the gentleman at the corner "If it's not on the shelves im guessing you just don't have it" and he said unfortunately probably not, and said to also check the bin in the front of the store. I couldn't find it there either. I was leaving the store when he approached me, and HAD FOUND A COPY!!!! THANKS AGAIN JOSH!!!

Seems like a cleaner and a more well organized location compared to other locations

The employees are pleasant to speak to and are willing to explain everything to you. I don't know much about video games, but they always help me with all my questions.
