I've been going to Sally beauty since I was 18 years old to get all my stuff to make my hair blonde yesterday a store associate helped me pick up my hair color and told me that my hair was perfect and it was a beautiful level 10 champagne blonde I was feeling pretty insecure about my hair that I was too yellow and brassy but she made me feel so much better about it and that I had a perfect lift and that there was no splotches or patchiness she made my day and she made me so happy this Sally beauty is the best

I had to complete an exchange which was difficult because the merchandise was purchased online. The staff were so apologetic despite the fact that my own error caused me to need the exchange. They could not have been more patient and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They then went far beyond my expectations by offering a free tote bag that was part of a one day promotion. I have been shopping with Sally's for years but I am especially impressed by the staff at the Morton Grove location. They've just given me greater cause to continue my loyalty. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience!

JANET is the BEST!! Her customer service goes above and beyond. She is always pleasant, smiling and makes you feel like she really cares about your shopping experience. Today she found me a coupon that was worth an additional $9.00 off. With service like that---- how can I not want to return to Sally's for all my beauty needs? The rest of the staff are all quite nice however, Janet is my favorite. I hope you appreciate her as much as your customers do.

We drove all the way from Schaumburg to buy some dryer chairs and other equipment from this Morton Grove location. Enrique (manager) took such good care of us. He not only helped with choosing the equipment, we also received them within 4 business days. Enrique is an asset to this company don't let him go.
I will continue to reach out to Enrique for all of my salon needs.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello. I needed help buying a toner to do my color at home. Employee was very helpful. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name, but she had blue hair, and was extremely awesome! I did my hair at home and it looks fantastic! Thanks! Will be back!

Every time I go to this store, the staff is nice and helpful. I needed product for dyed hair and chlorinated pools for swimming. The knew exactly what I needed and it worked well. I also by giant bobby pins here for my really long hair ( they are expensive but they work, so i don;t really mind the cost). And the store is always clean and organized. .

Sally always carries the best nail files and for great prices. Grabbed a bunch of different nail files and was able to sign up for their rewards club that gives you a $5 coupon right off the bat. Employees were wearing masks and there were social distancing measures put into place.

I apologize that I never learned the guy's name, but I see him almost every time I pop in, and he saved my life!! Well, the life of my hair haha. I asked for advice for getting out severe orangey red because I was looking at this one temporary toner and he recommended to use a more permanent toner. When I had mentioned that I can't use the Wella brand, he recommended using CHI (which I was already going to use luckily) and using an extremely silver shade to try to counteract it. I just did that today and oh my god, it worked a miracle. Given there's still a little reddish orange tones and stuff because of how bad it was before, but doing this exceeded my expectations and I am ungodly grateful for the recommendation!! I'm so glad I asked because this worked wonders and I'm so happy with the results so far just from using this product! So thank you!!

One of the best stores I've ever been to in general. The store is big (for a sally beauty co.), clean, bright, and smells very nice, and I've never had such a good customer service anywhere else.

Everyone here was so incredibly helpful and nice. Great clearance items and tons of quality hair tools, nail/manicure/pedicure stuff galore. You can even order salon furniture. Just tons of good stuff!

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and always answer any questions I may have.

Enrique is the best manager of all Sally's store, hes pleasant helpful and knows his stuff.
