Walked in and there were two elderly men playing a game of chess. Baristas accommodated me when I needed help ordering, they were in a rush but still polite and presentation was so nice!!

I love coming through the drive thru every morning when Peggy is working! She is incredibly fast and friendly and she swipes my card without making me feel awkward about leaving a tip. Just takes my payment and sends me on my way. Peggy is the best!!!

Must try impossible breakfast sandwich and its best for vegetarian people’s and for halal food

Closest Starbucks to my home and I've been coming here since high school 😋 sisters togo order is a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich with Peach Green Tea Lemonade and my fav togo order is a Turkey Pesto Panini with a Venti mango tea lemonade 😛

I went to the Starbucks on cooper and park row and I just wanted to say thank you Kevin , my order was just what I was hoping for Ake great customer service went above and beyond !!!

Needed more staff, wait time was more than 20 minutes! Lot of teenagers acting out, loud and very rude to staff; who were trying to do a lot with just a few! Overall Starbucks was worth the wait! Tasted great!

This is my local Starbucks and my favorite one as well, I’m here usually 7 days of the week lol but I just wanted to give the staff here a great review , they always always make my drink orders to perfection. Ethan , is absolutely the sweetest and always takes good care of me. All very hard working , and awesome customer service. My fav store.

I think the new manager Miss Peggy is amazing and she is doing a great job at this location and her staff . They will speak to you and make sure you have your order you will not be standing around just waiting. I think that’s what great service is all about .

There are two Starbucks I frequent and while both are nice with great workers this one is by far the best. The workers follow the correct steps regarding covid which is always nice. They are always incredibly sweet and welcoming. My favorite thing about this location is how quickly they get me through the line. Your morning drive thru workers are doing a great job!

They alway greet me with a smile and a willingness to make what ever I want to have to drink at that time. It is always clean and even if they don’t have what they need to make the drink( Carmel apple spice) they still try to get as close as they can. Give it a try sometime they really do make you smile.

Three friends and I have been meeting here weekly for several months now, and each time the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make us feel at home. I am not a coffee drinker- I always have iced green tea- but it’s good tea. They remodeled a month or two ago, and the store is always clean, including bathrooms. Recommended.

My drinks are always the way I want them. Nice and hot! The employees are always friendly. That is one of the reasons why they stay so busy. Even though they are very busy, I usually do not wait along time for my order.

I just stopped by for a drink and Peggy had the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in months! Love this store before but love it even more after my visit today.

I rarely ever review chain places but the staff here was so personable and friendly that I had to give them a quick 5 stars.

Daughter bought me the strawberries and cream Frappuccino with no whipped cream and extra vanilla. It was delightful! Also LOVE the Pink Drink!

I just want to share the wonderful experience I had today at this location. As I ordered the baristas noticed I had a hoarse voice and at the window they gave me a cinnamon and mint tea. I hope a supervisor gets to read this and commends the employees working around 6:15pm on Saturday the 15th for gesture.

Went into this Starbucks early noon today and I was very impressed with the service that was provided. The barista that took care of me was attentive and repeated back each order I made (order 9 different drinks). I wish I remembered the gents name bc I would love to give him a shout for his customer service at the cash register.

Also the barista making my drinks was on top of her game; she was very efficient and I was able to get out of the store in about 5 minutes.
