I knew exactly what I was looking for. I was assisted by Chelsea or Chasity (I cannot recall her name). I'm excited to try a new mascara as I have used Benefit for many years. Finally back to using the Sephora brand. I decided on a mini because i don't wear mascara daily. The packaging really makes it interesting!

I visited Columbiana location and was so very appreciative of the professional, personable and kind staff. Angie you were THE BEST and really know your stuff beautiful lady! Michaela thanks for recommending the skin match and 30 minute time with Angie. To the manager on site today I didn't get your name but loved the bunny ears vibe. Blessings to all!

Staff is always helpful. This location usually keeps items in stock better than other locations around town.

They workers are extremely pleasant. But the prices are too high for me. Good quality stuff. I don't wear enough makeup 💄 to pay those prices. I ended up having buyers remorse and took everything back. I can't believe I purchased a $20 facial sponge. I was having an irresponsible moment.

Always a pleasure to shop at Sephora. Wanted to get my hands on some Fashion Fair pressed powder and Viktor&Rolf perfumes.

Literally the best customer service! I ordered on the Sephora app for side curb pick up and when I called the store to ask for directions the nice gentleman stayed on the phone with me the whole time! I wish if I can remember his name because he was so helpful and provided amazing customer service.

The cast members are super helpful and friendly and not pushy like department store workers. When I told the cast member helping me that I was splurging a little for my bday they wished me a happy birthday and so did every other cast member I interacted with. They are great!

I decided that I was ready to start my makeup journey and knew Sephora was where I needed to go bc of the variety of makeup they offer. I was warmly welcomed by Natalie! She took her time with me and made me feel soooo comfortable and perfectly matched my complexion to a gorgeous foundation along with some other awesome products. She even made sure I knew how to use them! I now have a very easy daily makeup routine that makes me feel beautiful and flawless. Thank you so much, Natalie!!🤗

Went today for my first time and I am very pleased with the customer service I received . Erik was amazing, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful when i was having issues choosing which type of makeup I needed . This was the best experience I’ve had with makeup in any Sephora location!❤

Serena was super helpful and had a wonderful personality. I haven't changed my foundation in close to 10 years so I didn't know much about the new products. Having truly oily skin that is sensitive, she was able to find the right product for me. Ask for her! She is the best.

We went this mall for the first time because we wanted to go to Sephora. The entrance door by the Sephora was closed, at first we thought is the mall closed but thankfully it was not. We walked through and found different entrance. The store felt clean and nice. My friend is newbie and wants to wear makeup so we came to find right foundation shade for my friend and I have lot of make up experience. The store staff did offer to help us but we kindly declined. I felt the store staff were nice and polite, they were available to answer questions but wasn't getting in our way so I really liked the staff especially the gentleman working, sorry didn't get his name. I would come to this Sephora again.
