every time I come into the store I always am greeted with the utmost respect and smiles from everyone there. The girl with the blue hair helps me find the best products and shows me everything I need. She helped me find a replacement product for a product that I didn’t realize would mess my hair up and I couldn’t be more grateful!! One time during a power outage they let me buy products and the girl with the blue hair calculated my tax all while holding a flashlight guiding me through the store. I absolutely LOVE this Sally’s location and I go there for all of my beauty needs. 10/10 recommend!!

I went in looking for a certain eyebrow pencil I use but couldn't remember the name of. Sales Associate named Beth greeted me as soon as I came in and very patiently went through all their eyebrow pencils until we thought I had found it. Turns out I chose wrong one..but was so impressed that Beth was so friendly and helpful. Thx Beth! Probably see you again with my return tomorrow...I am bringing my old eyebrow pencil with me this time!

So upon reading other reviews, I've taken high note that this isn't the store to get service from. However my experience is sorta different than shopping in store.
I made an online order, had a plan to execute. On my merry way, I made an online order close to the date of my needed time so it was nothing less than fresh. Picked my order up, grabbed some other thing from the area. Next, when I went to do the hair I was asked to do, I noticed something MAJORLY OFF. I order one thing got the complete opposite of my order.
I ordered 16 oz bleaching powder, got 8oz black clay balayage lighting. Similar price maybe, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN STYLE AND SIZE. I ordered a tub, not a baggy. Much different. They also LEFT OUT SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, CIRCLED THE ITEM AND SAID NOTHING. No refund, nada. My mistake was that I didn't check before leaving but it's a big difference to miss. Another low star rate for this store. Management should take note from all reviews.

Rude cashier

Worst of worst customer service, worst experience at any Sally store.Asked for help and the 3 employees there were so busy talking to each other that got bother that I asked for help. Then finally one came and I asked specific product and keep referring me to the wrong one over and over. They strongly need to get a job where don't have yo interact with people. Awful experience.

Blue haired woman was very pushy and rude. I was trying to explain how I wanted my hair to end up and she was interrupting me saying that it wasn't going to work. Just very rude. Didn't want to buy anything after the interaction.

Came in for a exchange on some barber clippers that I had bought less then 4 days ago seen some better once online the lady with blue hair of the jump told me you can’t exchange you gotta ship it to the company blah blah blah when I bought they didt even bother to tell me anything about that ,this store in general is just so horrible I seen I ain’t the only one complain about the blue hair lady yet this company hasn’t done anything about it since she’s still working there just horrible management now I remember when I don’t buy from Sally’s .sticking to Amazon

The manager refused to return my items that were unused. I did not have a receipt but each item had been purchased using my phone number. I guess I will start using Ulta more so I can be treated like a valued customer.

This is likely the lousiest store I’ve ever seen. The employees (morning shift) NEVER show up on time to open the store. If you show up when they open or even 10 minutes after they will not even look at you or come apologize. They’re incredibly inconvenient and inconsistent. I have nothing but horrible things to say about this store.

If I could give a negative review I would. I walk in to look for chlorine out shampoo I found on the website and everyone walk chatting about personal plans for the evening, etc. Was not greeted when I walked in or anything. Walked through the entire tiny store several times. Looking over it several times making sure I did not miss anything, even had time to search their website to see about other brands they might carry that were not at that location. They greeted other OLDER *REGULAR* CUSTOMERS that came in. When I was leaving one of the cashier's said, you did not find anything? I said, you're asking me now? As I'm walking out?

I had just left Bella’s for my birthday dinner and wanted to do some shopping afterward and when we went there was a lady with blue hair who was just beyond rude and proceeded to yell continuously at my mother for no reason, she must have had a bad day at work or something but I know I won’t be going to this Sally’s ever again.
