Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad is phenomenal and reasonably priced. Romaine, moist tender tasty chicken, mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, pecans and poppyseed dressing.

A nice branch of panera located in the heart of downtown. Prompt service and great quality.

Eli and Allen do a great job managing the place. Very clean and very respectful team. I enjoy coming in frequently and talking with the staff. Being downtown presents challenges but they do a phenomenal job.

I ordered a rapid pick up but sent it to the wrong Panera. So I was waiting and never got my order here. When I asked about it and pulled up my order and figured out they hadn’t made my order totally due to my own mistake, the manager was super nice about it, canceled it for the other location for me, and had them make me my order here right away. Absolutely awesome customer service; much appreciated!!

I love this place. Got the turkey chilly which was delicious! Also belong to the sip club for $10 a month, not for coffee but for tea. It was cold in Nashville and I enjoyed the "where everybody knows your name" feel.

Excellent service. Coffee is always full and if it isn't, they will replace it right away. Food has always been on point and correct. Can't ask for a better experience. Employees are friendly. I visit over a dozen times a week.

I've never had a bad Panera experience, and this place is toward the top of my better Panera experiences. Quick service despite being busy, and they loaded my sandwich.

The only issue I had was that there was no iced coffee at the beverage counter, but that seems to be typical for Panera now.

Cashier was pretty rude. I told her thank you a few times throughout the transaction and she ignored me. She than tried to tell me I could only get 1 coffee. Not 2. I was like what?!?!

I visited Nashville and walked around with 4 college friends and we had fun and ate great food. This was my first time at Panera Bread and it was fantastic! I got the teriyaki chicken bowl and the bacon kinda sandwich that was suggested by one of the workers here. Also I got a paper bag for my bagel to walk around Nashville with when I asked and the lady was nice about it. Thanks.

I went last week and received the wrong food during my visit. I shared that feedback on the Panera survey and immediately received a call from Matthew at the downtown location. He listened as I shared my experience and offered me a free meal to make up for it. Great customer service, Panera. You should reward Matthew for taking care of his customers!

Morning crew is excellent. Helpful, informative and take charge of the situation. Manya rocks and is one of the nicest people I’ve met traveling around.

The dining room cashier noticed me as soon as I came in the room and was very nice and in a good mood. He made me laugh he helped me decide what I wanted, and had great customer service. Then while I was eating another gentelma came out to check on the dining room for dirty tables and he made sure I was ok and didn't needed anything was very polite and made me feel like he genuinely cared. Great experience!

I eat at this Panera often. Food is great. My only complaint is they require a code to use the bathroom. But if I order from kiosk or through the app, I don't get a copy of the code on those receipts like if I order at the register.

These folks are great. Had a little 911 at work and needed breakfast for 35 people Now. They did it. I wish I asked the girl's name who helped me. She's there a lot and just super. Anyway, they have great food and drinks but their staff makes them stand out.1

I love that I was welcomed upon entering! The cashier provided great service! I asked multiple questions about modifying the menu items. I ordered a steak and egg sandwich on an everything bagel, it was delicious!!

Ever think to yourself, "boy I'm feeling like a ton or carbs today."?... Me too! Other than getting orders wrong half the time and costing the same as a decent sit down restaurant Panera is really a great place. After I order a grill cheese with a side of French bread I personally like to visit their bakery selection. I enjoy their location and their staff are generally ok enough to make eye contact with without feeling the darkness of their souls. Worried about it being too busy to get your order right? Well don't quit now... As you can read my major gripe is them getting my orders wrong which isn't a big deal considering how affordable they are... Oh wait. Of course like the pathetic American swine I am I will continue to return. Wish there was a sic star option.

I never write reviews, but I was here one Friday in early February and I walked in to buy a coffee. When I ordered it, the guy at the cashier said it was on the house. Yeah its only 2 bucks but I thought it was cool. I'd come back just because of that.

Great service, we were there Friday night 4/21/27. The young lady taking orders was smiling and very helpful. Of course, the food was PANERA, always good.
