It’s located right next to Ocean Blue. The lady at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. She helped me make a better choice of service to ship my package.

I have been a box holder here for many years. The employees are very friendly and they are great at assisting with any mailing needs. Love going in to pick up packages and have the worker see me and guess my box number or let me know "you have packages" i love it.

Employee's are nice most of the time when I have been in here. Several occasions when they have been miserable & rude. But everyone is untitled to the occasional bad day. Little post office in downtown by Hotel Utica. The parking is absolutely aweful for this place, not much at all & tight. Place is always busy.

I was traveling in the area and had one package sent here for a pickup hold on Oct. 6, 2022. The label was addressed to me and specifically said "USPS - HOLD FOR PICKUP" with my phone number.

They called me and said it would be okay for me to pick up the packages the next day, Oct. 7, 2022. I came in the afternoon and was told that the packages were already sent back to originator the day before.

Truly unprofessional; a total waste of resources for the packages to now be circled around the country; total lack of communication (their phone number is also disconnected, along with the Genesee street office). A poor experience visiting Utica New York.

For a month not the person that delivers our mail hasn't checked it. We had stuff to send out and they haven't checked it once.please when your out delivering check the boxes.

You depend on them to get your package by the guaranteed date but that never happens anymore.
The postal service should be a private entity.
