The employees working were amazing. They were super helpful, their energy was awesome and just overall they provided such an amazing experience for me and my daughter just coming out of the hospital. I wish every business had employees like this.

The baristas at this Starbucks were the kindest I have ever met. I so appreciated their positive energy and their dedication to the Hartford Hospital community ❤

My favorite spot to get coffee and breakfast foods. Awesome service, fresh and hot foods, refreshing drinks and delicious coffees. And it's located inside a hospital. It's a win win for me ^.^

Cute store. Gave out drink samples. Friendly staff. Only got half my order, but when I asked for the remainder, they made it right.

As an HH employee, it’s amazing to have a such a speedy, convenient Starbucks close by. Highly recommend if you need yummy caffeinated beverages in a pinch. Sometimes I’ll order online about 2 mins away, and the drink is ready when I get there! Thank you Starbucks.

Well I decided to try Starbucks after many years of absence(since The one in West Hartford center in 2021 I think). And the main reason why I chose starbucks today was because Mcdonalds drive tru 3 blocks down was insane!Too crowded so I left even though I already ordered the usual big breakfast lol. No hotcakes today though! (Hoping they can get my order on time but after 20 minutes they failed me).

The small coffee with milk I ordered was delicious! Warm and ready to keep me awake! Waiting line was not bad. I got here by 9 :40 am before the nurses/surgeons crowd came. I also tried the impossible sausage sandwich it was soooooo good!Overall I spent 9 dollars so it was not bad. I was gonna spend 10 dollars with Mcdonalds but like i said before they took too long to take care of me. I dont usually come to Starbucks. I used to do it every week in the Bronx during a season(The one by number 1 train marble hill) but that was the past and I dont want to talk about it. If you wanna know why I dont do Starbucks as much as before hit me up!

This was my first trip, yes at 62 , I have not tried Starbucks until today. The barista , new name for me to use. Welcomed me to Starbucks and asked how she could help me. I ordered a large coffee, black. Within 2 minutes my coffee was handed to me, swiped my card and on my way. The coffee was delicious, and hot. The only issue for me was the cost, being on a limited income, D&D is more along my budget range.

Who doesn't love Starbucks? Starbucks is always great! This branch, in particular, is always neat and clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! My order is always on point. My only con is the hours. They are located within a hospital but close at around 7p.m. It would be ideal for this branch to stay open until at least 9p.m.

Always get a great cup of whatever you order. Consistently great service. No comparison to the other place, where it's time to make the donuts, and some coffee-ish like beverage they serve proudly. Love knowing that, it's never a waste of money. Starbucks is holding to the true coffee lovers experience. Keep up the good work.

The customer service at this Starbucks location was exceptional. Olivia, Josh, Taylor and Promise had positive attitudes and created a long-lasting impression on me and my sister. The drinks we bought were delicious and I will frequent more Starbucks' locations to have such tasty drinks!

It's Starbucks. They're fantastic. I never drink coffee but their teas and creme frappes are oh the hook! Their food selection is pretty good, and if you have a sweet tooth you can't go wrong. Service here usually is quick, although there can be long lines at times. Get around tat by using their mobile app to order ahead so you can just pick up your order when you arrive!

upon opening at 5 am, the workers there are extremely friendly, Cherelle is a great barista who always greets her customers with a smile and hello, she always makes sure her customers are satisfied with their drink and/or food item, Kevin is also a great team member who always has a great smile and is always ready to serve you with the best customer service. These two members are great examples of service excellence and they go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customer. It is definitely a pleasure to have them working there. Keep up the great work!!

The staff of the Hartford Hospital Starbucks is truly outstanding. I'm greeted personally and warmly every visit and my pour over decaf venti is always expertly prepared and simply delicious. This is a really classy operation, month after month.

Baristas were extremely nice/polite, drinks were excellent (actually properly hot!), and service was quite quick despite high patron volume.

Great coffee just as described!! There's no comparison to any others. The coffee is strong when u order it strong, the coffee is medium if you'd rather it medium unless you would rather a light taste it's all up to you. If you ask for it, you'll get it!! Not everybody runs on Dunkin, lol me myself i run on 🌟bucks 😜 They have too many options you will let the person behind you go ahead because you just want to try each and every item. Be courageous step out of your comfort zone and try something different... You are sure to like it!!
