All the people who work there are so helpful in finding what you need unlike other stores across town.

Love this location. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well organized.

My favorite store! Can't seem to get away from the giant orange logo. It seems to call me whenever I see one. Very friendly staff, always helpful and I can find everything I want at this location.

Could not cut a thin piece of hardie plank. Was told they don’t have blade. A million dollar company and they cannot cut a thin piece of hardie plank so it would fit in my SUV, I find that unexceptionable, poor customer service. Went to Lowe’s with no problem.

Best place to go for all hardware and home stuff. Always have stuff needed in stock and staff is very helpful.

I recently went to Alvin home Depot to buy a freezer for my mom. I got the pleasure of having Mrs. Jac Boots help me. She is such a blessing, I hope home Depot knows they have wonderful employee. Her kind words really made my day better! Thank you again Mrs. Boots

I bought a zero turn mower which was delivered today. After several attempts, it wouldn’t start. I called customer service and spoke with David. He told me to bring the battery in to have it checked. I was able to switch out batteries but unfortunately the mower still would not start. I called back and David understood my frustration as was very polite, patient and helpful. He had their technician Red come out to the house to troubleshoot the mower. Red tried multiple times to start the mower. He tried different things to get it running but nothing worked. Red and David were able to get another mower delivered the same night. Both gentlemen displayed some of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you David and Red

The service is what made the difference from other home improvement or hardware stores. They really paid attention to what I needed. And 10 minutes till closing time they took care of me.

I just left my phone there at the self checkout and we drove down the road and realized it was missing, I started to panick and called my phone I found out it was left there at the store at self check out. I called the home depot to talk with someone and there was a nice gentleman that answered the phone and I asked if he could go look over at self checkout for my galaxy s22. The kind man said yes I have it and come pick it up sir and i said yes and he said meet me at customer service. I made it back to home depot and the guy at the customer service was nice and polite and his name was Diego. Pulled the phone from the drawer at the register. I thanked him many times. I just want to say it is good to know that there are good people out here and honest. I can't thank you enough Diego and I hope you have a happy holiday.

I went in looking for some bulbs for the walk-in pantry and was completely lost because the bulbs that needed to be replaced wasn't there. I took a guess but still was unsure and then I was saved by one of the sweetest and nicest employee. He was so helpful and patient with making sure I had the correct bulbs, he told me not to worry if they don't fit, just bring them back and will find the correct ones. Didn't have to go back because they were a perfect fit. So my experience there yesterday was excellent and pretty much every time I go to this location, the staff is ready and willing to help, with superb attitudes. I highly recommend this location if you're in this area.

We have spent most of our extra money here to improve our home. Thank you for always having what we need.

This place is like Walmart, it's got everything you need to build, repair,and fix anything in your house, it has everything down to the last nut, bolt nail or screw, great service.

Had a great visit this time. Found the lumber that I needed and loaded it. Went back to look for closet door I needed to replace and couldn't find them and the employee Geneva saw me and asked if she could help and took me to where they were. Unfortunately they don't carry mine in the store anymore but she said she could help me order it online. Awesome to have such a helpful person.
Update. Went in to get a key made. Went to the key move and ask one of the cashiers to call for someone. For some reason they did not come after 15 minutes so I asked a worker that was passing if they could call and they made a direct call to someone and said that they would be there shortly but a couple minutes later a lady came by and saw me and asked if I needed a key made and she knew how to do it so she helped me first. Unfortunately the key I required I already had a blank but they couldn't use it so I wasn't able to get the one I needed but they had a substitute that would work.
Update: visits have been pretty good recently though getting help sometimes is delayed

I would like to say, today a young hispanic guy helped me out in the paint department. I wasn't able to get his name, but that was one of the best customer service I have ever received. Very attentative and helpful. I never have an issue with this store. Everyone is helpful.

Yes, my friend & I was there early this after noon, & I want to give the worker (a guy) a compliment of all his help! I forget his name, but VERY courtious & even moved a cart out of my way to go down the aisle that the screen doors were at, which he helped with!

Diego at Home Depot in Alvin, Texas was very helpful today. I went in to get a 2X6x8 board for my husband. Diego assisted me with the cart and in getting the wood. I really appreciated his help. Especially since I had no idea where to look.
