I love how DQ serves FREE pup cups. They consist of PB and whipped cream and my dog loves coming here! I ordered the pumpkin pie blizzard and it was amazing. The app deals are awesome and make it worth the trip! Highly recommend DQ!

Firstly, this particular Dairy Queen location has The Best customer service; no matter what time of day I hit the drive thru I know I’m going to get A-1 service. The folks at the drive thru window are always respectful, friendly-presenting, and precise. One of my favorite faces to encounter is Brandon; his energy is outstanding and I’ve appreciated all of my interactions with him. Now, the food: I won’t lie to you; I order the same thing every single time I pull up, BUT I drive from my home in Webster, Texas SPECIFICALLY because this location has OUTSTANDING bacon cheeseburgers! I live near the Webster Dairy Queen on Highway 3 where they serve turkey bacon in place of real bacon—and they don’t even bother to crisp it, so when you bite into in everything is pulled from between the bun. TRASH! Friendswood? While they do crisp the bacon it’s still TURKEY BACON!! TRASH!!! For some, a twenty-five minute drive for a burger might seem wild, but I don’t care about those people’s opinions. My ONLY less than stellar critique is that when I say I want extra pickles I’m gonna need y’all to stop playing with my emotions; plug yo girl with like 10 pickle chips! I like my left eye to water a little bit when I bite into my burger 😉

I took my grandkids for a treat. The service was great. They even had a TV with old Tom an Jerry cartoons that we sat and watched while we ate our sundaes. Great place!!

Great food, good process, quality fresh food, and one of the few places in Alvin with amazing customer service. It never fails they short me a chicken strip, always one short... for the past 5 years; I just figure the cook is hungry and they ate it🤷🏼‍♀ I love the snickers blizzards but be sure to tell them not to put chocolate sauce in it, if you just want it vanilla.

Dairy Queen is a Texas Staple. Every City needs one. This one nice clean with the best dip cones!

I just went and bought me a banana split 8-14-2022 and the ice cream was soft . The worst!!!!! They have changed not good!!!!! Will not go back Alvin

Loved the food went two days in a row.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our food was hot and delicious.

The staff here is always so nice and on top of orders. They never mess up my order in the drive thru, they are efficient and very friendly.

We went to Dairy Queen for the 75 cent ice cream cone but their drive thru was super packed!! About 10 cars deep. I decided to go inside instead. I received my cones quick and was one happy camper!! This Dairy Queen has been renovated and the place is very clean and bright. Plenty of parking and well lit.

I've seen this place the busiest ever , mostly at night. I've come here several times & never had any problems with them here. But I have seen customer's fly off on them B4..the sweet tea is always a good drink here and ice creams of any kind here too.

Staff was willing to take a special order for a blizzard and it was brought to the table with a smile

Great experience. The remodel looks fantastic. The youngsters working there are attentive and polite. Great job.

My wife desperately wanted to get a treat so we grabbed our granddaughter and headed to DQ. It had a few families there mostly eating meals when we got there but it wasn't terribly busy. We had a young lady stop what she was doing and come up to serve us. She was very polite and nice. She gave us an order number and had us choose a seed and very quickly brought out our treats. Did the funny thing where they put the blizzard upside down to show how thick it was and gave me my granddaughter our ice cream cones. We just have to go back to the counter to get napkins but other than that everything was great. Had a good treat and a good time.

Update. Decided we wanted a dipped cone and think this is the only place that does it in our area. The line in the Drive-Thru was several long and it took a little while to get through but the lady handed us our cones and they look good. It seemed like the chocolate was pretty thin compared to what we've had in the past but they still hit the spot

Fast, great service. The food was hot and fresh and the mini blizzards my kids ordered were overflowing and full! They also thought it was cool that the employee turned it upside down, a lot of DQ's don't do that anymore.

Clean, well kept, and much better kept than it used to be. The employees are polite and professional, young and energetic. When the employees were not helping customers, they were sweeping, or wiping down tables. WOW what a change!

They have remodeled and the place is now contemporary.

It seems to be better managed, and hopefully they will continue to operate it the way it is right now.

First time visiting this DQ. We all got icecream. Love the banana splits from DQ. Great staff and service.
