Such a nice community! They welcome you in, offer free popcorn, but above all, they know their stuff! Helped me get everything I needed for a repair job to my house, and even helped me find some better products than I was originally thinking. The expert experience is what sets them far above the Lowe's or Home Depot.

Great sale on Top Soil and Mulch. Went by to pick up a few bags. Even had an employee put them them in my truck. Quick and easy shopping.

They had all the lumber and concrete I needed, and they helped me load it.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Building is very clean. I was loading bags of gravel when a young man on a forklift saw me, he jumped off came over and said let me do that for you. Very polite young man.

Great experience. Spoke to Lori on the phone and she helped me with order and provided excellent customer service when I cam into store. The delivery driver Polo did an amazing job delivery my large lumber order and was able to get thru a narrow area between houses and place large order where needed. Excellent job by the staff from beginning to end and had order at my house with 24 hours.

Y'all the employees here are so freaking helpful. They have saved me from myself a couple of times! Lol but don't ever make me feel like I can't build something because I am a girl like some other places have done. They are always willing to answer questions and get additional information if needed. I always check here first when needing supplies.

I had to return cement steps (1 step too low) and had awesome customer service from the time I walked on the property until i left the property. I spoke with Mr.G on the phone so cheerful and helpful and Mr.Will very kind and considerate as well. Thank you team McCoys you all are truly the gem of Alvin.

I was immediately asked for what I was looking, escorted to the display, and given it. Then to another area where I browsed. Very good experience. I recommend McCoy's on a Saturday morning.

I only needed a light switch, so I got that. The staff was helpful without hovering over me. They have a good selection of general hardware. I ended up spending $20 on things beyond the switch I originally sent to get.

This has to be the cleanest best laid out hardware store I've seen in a while. They have a very large selection from power tools down to specialty nuts and bolts. Not to mention I was asked three times if I needed help or ask how I was doing unlike the other large home improvement store.

It has been a long time since i walked into a store where theres employees who actually want to work and render excellent service.From the casher to the manager to thw delivery guy, this is an amazing team. I bought a Stihl Blower and was pleased with the entire buying experience. Glen was amazing to work with, walked me though the product, made sure it ran correctly before I left, and even did my product registration for me. I will return to this store for all my Stihl purchases and hardware needs.
