Mike provided fantastic customer service - he was very quick to respond to our many questions and to make numerous adjustments as we went through the journey of selecting our bathroom fixtures!

I was amazed by the customer care provided by Carley Jean at Sink & Spout and how the customer service at Koehler provided a quick solution to my toilet handle problem. I guess it does pay to buy Koehler!

Went to the store to look for a tub and find out some information on a whirlpool. The man could not even stop working on his computer to deal with me. He was rude short and negative another man was also working who did not say a word they didn’t even show me anything For samples like I was talking about instead of telling me to bring in pictures of what I want they could’ve tried to look through their catalog or their website to see if they carry what I’m looking for so they lost out on a really good sale they do not have very good bedside manners I was very upset and pretty much pissed off to be ignored treated like I was lower class like I wasn’t gonna buy anything attitude so why bother giving her any customer service. I will not be going back or referring them to anyone very disappointed in the store and the customer service is horrible. Date of me going in April 10, 2024 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I guess my money is not good enough for them.

Things started out great upon our visit to the store but went downhill after that. We worked with a senior sales associate to price out a shower door install. They sent someone to measure it. Never heard back from him again even after multiple phone calls, emails and follow ups. Completely unacceptable customer service. If you don’t want the business be respectful enough to at least call back. Wow…so sad,

My wife and I saved for 4 years for a bathroom remodel. We ordered and paid for a 4K tub through the Portland store in Jan 2021. The delivery date was originally March, then it was pushed to April, then May, then hopefully before July (Kohler said there was an acrylic shortage). The bathroom remodel was designed around this tub because we have a very tall teenage son with severe autism, which was going to aid in his treatment.

The tub was shipped to Ultimate Bath warehouse at the beginning of June. Three weeks later we got an email saying the guys at the warehouse discovered the tub had been damaged. It took three more weeks to find someone to fix it. Meanwhile, I had to get my bathroom into working mode for a family reunion I was hosting. Including closing it in with a wall and door. After the family reunion, the sales rep advised he checked the fix personally and stated he could not even tell where it was damaged, so we agreed to have the tub delivered and we were assured “The guys” would have it loaded and brought out the day. The tub is 72”x32” and very heavy. I explained I needed take down the wall and toilet so the tub could be put into the bathroom. The sales rep agreed to throw in another wax ring for my troubles.

After spending a whole day getting the room ready, the tub was delivered. Not by “The guys”, but by one guy who was tiny and looked to be in his late 60’s. He was only there to drop off the tub in my driveway and leave. Mind you this was middle of the afternoon on a Friday, everyone I knew was working. There was no wax ring and no answer when I called the sales rep for help. The delivery driver hesitantly helped me and after almost throwing my back out, in was inside the bathroom. I could plainly see where the tub had been patched. Also, there were some chips in the top rim and inside the tub walls, scratches on the bottom corners. Then we removed the shrink wrap holding the two shells together and both back corners were completely cracked. I sent an email and spoke to the sales rep the following Monday.

He was sorry and agreed to have the tub removed. Interestingly, two guys showed the next day to take the tub from my house. The sales rep said he spoke to Kohler and ordering another tub would take another 6 months. He said Kohler was going after the shipping company to get reimbursed and all he could do was reimburse what we paid, so we ended our business dealings with a very unsatisfied feeling mixed with depression and disappointment. I know it was not the sales rep’s fault and I don’t think he’s a bad guy. He even sounded remorseful, but it seemed awfully easy to hang up after our last phone conversation with a general statement of “let me know what you want to do”. Maybe it’s me, but I would not have rested until my customer was satisfied under these type of circumstances. It’s been two weeks or more and “crickets”.

So I re-installed the toilet, wall and door and have no clue what to do next. 6 months will bring us to the dead of winter and God know how much snow and ice. If the tub can’t be delivered in one piece in good weather, what chance does it have in single digit temps?

No one was wearing masks, staff was abrupt and rude. Had to seek them out to get assistance. I am a trade professional and will not be recommending this office as a vendor for my projects.

Just drove here from an hour away to find a sign taped on the door stating that they would be closed today. Maybe consider sharing planned closings on your website or Google?! Huge inconvenience, will never be back to do business with a unorganized company.
