Service was incredibly fast and everyone was very friendly and worked together well. Then I got the food, WOW. #1 chicken burger with mac n cheese was scrumptious, and the cookies and cream shake topped it all off; seriously so good.

Good quality establishment with a large menu of chicken items, along with a number of different drink choices. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

Staff members were so friendly! Came at 8:50 and the staff members still let me order. I was just waiting for a root beer and one of the managers saw that and gave me it immediately. it’s clear that they are a very hardworking team, often with very needy customers, yet still being so kind. Definitely recommend coming here for the nice staff!!

My significant and I traveled out to Atlantic city ,we stumbled upon this establishment and ended up here twice in a row! We were waiting in line for a quite a bit , an employee who seemed to be just walking in ,bags and all(with a green and black hoodie) noticed we weren’t getting helped and proceeded to come take our order and was so sweet in the process! Thank you for your great service 😊

Place is just immaculate like all Chick Fil A- clean restrooms,awesome friendly staff,plenty of parking with all the supplies well organized and refilled.

Dont often go out of my way to leave a review but its well deserved! Customer service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Restaurant clean. Bathrooms clean. Food was great. The fresh flowers on all the tables and the fact they bring the food right to your table was a nice touch! I was very impressed.

The food was great. Hot and fresh. Service was friendly and fast. Only small issue, lids on the drinks weren't on tight, and we didn't get straws. Otherwise, I'll be back again

Everyone here is always so courteous and friendly. They look you in the eye when they’re talking to you and actually smile. I’ve seen the manager there twice in the evenings and he is always very kind.

It is one of the fastest chick-fil-a’s I’ve ever been to and also one of the cleanest. There is even an opening to behind the counter when you’re standing off to the side and you can see how clean the floors are even there.

What can I say? I love Chick-fil-A. I was craving comfort food so I ordered their mac and cheese and some chicken tenders. They really hit the spot. If you haven't tried that mac and cheese you are missing out.

I love Chick Fil A! When I found out when I started USM as a freshmen in the fall of 2022, I was so happy to find out that chick fil a was in westbrook! Just like any other chick fil a, you get fast and smart service from the very kind folks that work there, with the added bonus of Maniacs being awesome! I have loved Maine ever since I moved here to pursue school. Thank you Chick Fil A for brightening my day!

Would totally go back. We stopped on our way home from an event where we all have never had Chick-fil-A before. Food was really good. Was abit surprised at the cost where it's in the fast food category. We stopped during a rush so the place was a mad house but the employees did great. Wish they smiled and greated as they walked by but I get it, they were busy. Had to clean our own table. Love how the food was brought to us after getting the kids settled in. Would recommend 👌 the chicken strips and waffle fries all day.

My reason for this rating is mike! His demeanor & personality is top notch. I hope chic - fill-a knows what a wonderful worker he is.

My co-worker and I showed up today with a group from the Auburn Senior Community Center. They did not know we are coming. The majority of our group had never been, what a treat. The customer service by all was outstanding, however, Don Juan went above and beyond to make everyone's day. His customer service is worth 10 starts, not 5. Patience and a kind word to everyone and he even came to check in on our group! Don't lose this employee, he is outstanding! As for the food, it was excellent, served quickly as well. We will be back!

Like most Chick-fil-a, this one was great. We ate here after flying into Portland and again on the way back home. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. Service was good even at very busy times.

No matter how busy this place is, I still always get my food out so quickly. The food always tastes great, and the employees just are so positive, I love visiting Chick-fil-A every time I go.

Delicious! Friendly service, delivered to my table & checked to see if everything was ok. Chicken far superior to other restaurants. Strawberry milkshake scrumptious.

I have been wanting to go this Chick-fil-A ever since it opened. So I went and I had to wait 45 minutes. But once you got closer to the end it started to move along fast. Their food was amazing. Worth the 45 minute wait if you have time

Market Salad is my go to. So delicious and satisfying.

Really likes the food. However, always check if you ask for a dipping sauce. Cause they don't always get it, but they will make it right.
Also bathrooms are very clean.
