Generally speaking a good branch of this chain, clean organised and if you search for something on the website you can get aisle number and location - which is usually correct but not always. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Had two kind, very professional, and good humored men deliver my appliances up in Berlin NH this morning. I was filled with anxiety due to the tight area my dryer was going into and the fact that the workers werent from my local shop, they just laughed and eased any of my concern in all areas. They got the appliances in place, hooked up, and running for me. They called me to let me know when they'd be here, was on time, and made it a breeze. These men drove up in a snow storm, made it on time, and made a huge impression. All in all? Incredible service, installation, and people.

Wow, the customer service here is truly amazing. I sampled some paint and came back loving a color so I bought two gallons of it however, when I went home it was not the same color. I went back and John color matched the sampler. He said, “Let’s fix this.” So incredibly grateful. Thank you John!!

apparently my receipt is too old to leave a review, but Jason was at the end of his shift and went above and beyond to help me find an item that was misplaced! he was very patient and it was appreciated!

This store has really good staff of employees. They were all very helpful with my needs and really nice to help me order a new air conditioner before the warmer season begins

Jake from Customer Service was so helpful and patient while helping me today. Not only was he incredibly sweet at customer service but when I needed help loading and no one answered his call he came and helped me load it all by himself.

Despite false advertising, home depot is amazing. I did not see any actual homes. I did not look in the back left corner of the store so maybe they are there. Even without any actual homes in their store, they have everything you need to build a home so hard to be mad at them for not having homes when they give you opportunity to build one. Good stuff.

I got a small cat door for my cats and it works really well. Their online store said it was in stock and BOOM. When I got there, it was. Now my cats are happy.

The only thing more excellent than the wide variety of reasonably priced construction products was the knowledgeable and super customer-friendly warehouse staff!! Always a great experience, highly recommended for home-owners and Contractors alike!!

People there were very helpful and a true pleasure to work with. Greg in plumbing was awesome as was Jess in getting everything checked out and on our truck. We had been to another "large home store" and were treated poorly with little help. Will only use Home Depot from now on.

Impressed...seems like Home Depot was nearly staffed to the same level it was pre-pandemic. That's a great testament to employee satisfaction, and good people they hire who would rather work for an earnest living vs. simply taking the dole.

It's always exciting going to Home Depot. There's any questions that I need I just go to the experienced associate and ask him for his help. One of the things that I love about Home Depot is all the associates are fully capable of assisting me in all areas of the questions that I need to ask. That's why I like shopping at Home Depot. I have never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! I bought a product that didn't work out how I had hoped, super easy return and they even gave me back my coupon ($20 off $200) to use on another purchase. Then, with myself being completely clueless when it comes to building things, I was greeted and assisted by Richard who OMG was AMAZING!!!!! Not only did he find me exactly what I needed, he then cut the wood and screwed in place 90% of it. Not only did he make my project so much easier for me, he was also so patient and took the time to teach me and make sure I knew exactly what I was doing to finish the job at home. I will never go back to Lowes again after this experience!!! Thank you!!!!

My favorite store. I just love going there and just stroll through the isles looking at things I can't afford or don't need just because.
