Finally Mc. Donald's in Cadillac that doesn't screw up on kids Happy meals. Every Fri grandbabies get Happy meals and North end McDonald's ALWAYS messes up every week on simple Happy meal orders. Friendly workers at both but don't pay attention to order at North

What an amazing thing to find Braille numbering on the in-restaurant “pickup” table here! After a very difficult past few days, after arriving here with my guide dog to wait for a taxi to take us home, it was a very unexpected thing that somehow made the world feel a bit better. The employees were very kind and professional, and the food was great!

This was the best McDonald's I've had in years. It's still hilariously overpriced, but if you're getting it for whatever reason, you want it to be good. This was good.

The service has really improved at this location. Way to go management and HR.

If you go inside this newly remodeled restaurant use the kiosk to order your food or if you have trouble doing so go to the counter and push the doorbell button and somebody will come up front to assist you or you can do your mobile orders and have it ready when you come to the counter or brought out to you or through the drive-thru. They are usually fast and flight with their service except for when understaffed usually at night Lobby closes at 11:00 p.m. drive-thru closes at 12:00am weekdays Sunday-Thursday 1:00am on weekends Friday-Saturday. I prefer doing a mobile order before I get there.

Wanted to give a shout out to the manager Lisa. I had placed a mobile order for breakfast one weekend, but there was an error in their system and we had to reorder when we got there. Later on I noticed I was still charged for both orders (gotta love technology) so I sent McD’s a message thru their site and explained what happened. The very next day Lisa called me apologizing for what happened. She was so sweet and understanding! Our money was refunded the next day.

Friendly workers and food was fast

I was with my wife, nieces, and nephew on our way to Traverse City. Stopped here on the way up and back down. Both times the staff was friendly and quickly getting food out. The restaurant was clean and nice looking.

Great customer experience Haley is the best employee there.

Food was good. Service was quick. They let me exchange a happy meal toy my son already had.

Was surprised with my complex order coming out textbook. Three custom burgers came out 110%!! Order was made with love and even packaged that way. I feel like the team that was here on 9/28/21 during the later lunch hour delivered and went above!

For being 11 PM in a Sunday, took quite a long time to get our food(walked in dining room) especially since no one else was waiting. There was a few cars in the drive thru. Im assuming they were short staffed on a Sunday evening, prioritizing the drive thru. The food was still good.

Stopped in on Easter Sunday in our way home from Traverse City. Food was hot and good. Service was much better.

This restaurant does allow inside dining. Currently. They are having a hard time getting enough employees. I stop for a "quick" coffee 3 times a week. It doesn't matter if I go through drive thru, dine in or curbside pick up it takes 15 to 25 minutes to receive just 1 coffee. They don't get you can multi task. Always, always, always double check order. I'd say 85% the order is wrong or something is forgotten. I get it's hard to find employees but this is not Fast food. Keep in mind if on lunch break or in a hurry!

Used app and used drive thru around 9:50pm on way thru. The guy on drive thru speaker and cash was so delightful and made me laugh. Very nice having a happy voice and face there. Woman who gave us our food was super sweet too especially for being later in the night! They both deserve a raise for smiling at the end of the day still!
