Called to check on a package that says it was delivered there and was told it wasn't. I had the number and asked if they could look up the number for me but they couldn't be bothered. Just repeated nothing had been delivered....Ok...thanks for the help...

Evidently receiving an envelope clearly marked signature required is just a suggestion . envelope was left right on my porch. I mean it was just my taxes with everything needed for someone to steal my identity. Absolutely inexcusable!!!! I get you don’t know my taxes are in the envelope BUT the envelope is marked “signature required”. 🤷🏻‍♀😡🤬👎

I have a big covered front porch where my packages usually are placed, some idiot from USPS puts my packages by my garage service door, on the wet driveway, they're wet and rained on...really???!!!!

A disgrace to the United States Postal Service. Avoid this location at all cost. If you do not believe me, interact with the staff at this location, then go to any other post office in the United States you will see what I mean.

Can I give a ZERO? I mailed 32 Santa letters my GS troop wrote to children as a fundraiser. Out of those letters, mailed on December 12th (10 days ago!), I'm now finding out 2 in Fishers, 3 in Indianapolis and 2 from Yorktown have not been delivered. That's 22% failure. Seriously? Where are those letters? I've been replacing them and driving to hand deliver them. Totally unacceptable, especially since they put the postage on them. I know the appropriate postage was placed on each one.

Our mail driver is lazy and cant even close our mail box after putting mail in it now our mail is ruined from the rain because he didn't shut it. He also has tore up our neighbors yard. Won't even get out of his vehicle to give you your package he just honks.

Lady working was so rude. Would not help. When I ask her question answers were, UMM could be, possibly, sounds right..... not just not helpful. Absolutely rude.
