I have always had very professional and kind service here. The postal clerks are extremely helpful

Am a frequent eBay shipper. The clerks taught me the ropes of what I need to be doing on my packages and what I should put on all of them to be consistent. They always give me the lowest price to ship that item. Very friendly and I am a frequent of them always with a smile on their faces because they recognize me as a frequent.

I walked in there trying to ship a package for ebay. The helpful clerk asked me if I need anything and I was like ihavenoideawhatiamdoing.jpg

She was very friendly and helpful. A completely painless process. Good place!

I would like to start off saying I very rarely post negative reviews. However, the customer service here is absolutely dreadful. The worker behind the desk was nothing but sarcastic and very blunt with me the whole time I was there, making jokes at my expense. Please do not go here, there is a better post office 5 minutes away with staff who do not verbally berate customers.

They always say my packages are delivered, but they are never there. They do not seem to care either. It is important when you have medicine in the mail but it never comes on time, this time not at all because it is nowhere to be seen. It is extremely frustrating.

The Muncie post office keeps telling my mom they can't find her address and are making her come pick up the packages or is not even alerting her and just returning to sender yet can deliver her day to day mail. I can not believe how much they are enjoying working in error.

I was told my package was here and when I came in to pick it up they didn’t have it and sent me across town for my package. They were also very rude and not helpful at all.

The post man is always putting. Our mail in our neighbors box how hard is it to read the address and put it where it goes

All US post offices are slow and lazy.
