I travel regularly for work so I've been to every Starbucks location in the state many times. This is by far the best Starbucks in CT!
Super friendly staff, very personable and outstanding customer service. It's always a pleasant experience when I go there.

When I'm looking for a quick bite and a coffee, this is my place! The staff is great and they always get my order right. There are a lot of chains on Hazard Ave and I've been to them all. But this Starbucks gets my money because they just rock!

Wide variety of food and excellent service!

The person at the drive through was extremely polite and patient. My coffee was made spot on and the warm chocolate croissant was delicious.

Neve is absolutely amazing!!! Best Barrista Starbucks has between the 3 Enfield locations. Her drinks are always on point and her customer service skills are exemplary even during peak times. She reminds me of how Starbucks used to be once upon a time pre drive through. I spend anywhere from $150.00 to $200.00 a week and have been doing suck for many years. We need more workers like Neve!!!

I love their flavored coffees, while my husband enjoys their regular coffees. They a variety of whole bean coffees you can buy for home, which I do. Do love this time of the year as they offer their Christmas blend, which is delicious. Baristas friendly.

Witnessing on several accounts all of the difficult customers these baristas and supervisors deal with, I am impressed with how patient and polite they continue to be, even in those moments. I've never had a problem here myself other than needing my coffee fixed a bit, to which they are always receptive and helpful. Kudos to ALL of you who have had to deal with those entitled, rude, inconsiderate customers. It sucks to watch you all be treated the way you do by certain people. It's clear you're all doing your best, and it's sad that some people can't respect or even just be polite to you. I wish I could say SORRY on their behalf. Keep your heads up, it's clear you have a great team and a great system of doing things, there are just difficult days. Thanks for my coffees!

Not only do they ALWAYS make my drinks spot on, Ace who works at the drive thru window is a PURE DELIGHT. Her enthusiasm and customer service is above par.

Macadamia nut cold brew with cold foam. Awesome!! The restaurant is always clean. Great tunes!!

BAILEY WAS AMAZING. Best coffee I’ve had in my entire life. Bailey was very understanding and helpful when I was trying to figure out what to order. She helped make suggestions and I ended up absolutely LOVING the drink she came up with for me. The staff was friendly, quick, and caring. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks and that’s thanks to Bailey and the other staff, sorry I didn’t get their names. You rock!!
