Caribou Coffee

It is an awkward drive-through, but it is a drive-through, I encourage everybody to walk in and go back into the restaurant since Covid, it’s so much easier, the service is fast, and you won’t get stuck in the line outside! The dark hot chocolate is a favorite, so if you haven’t had their dark, give it a try! Also, it’s wheelchair accessible and I took a picture of the dining area so you could see how easy it is to get in adaptive equipment.

I love caribou coffee. It’s my go to place. Always order the hot mocha /milk chocolate. Service is consistently great throughout most caribous which is wonderful.- And the dog loves a pup cup!

Stopped there shortly after 6a.m. and they were open! Quick service, good coffee, Newspaper sections around, Is and a couple people doing stuff on their laptop. My kind of place to chill!

I love Lyndale Caribou!! They always take care of me. I usually order ahead for pickup with great timing on my order.

It's the little things - and this is a very little thing. I got a black coffee in a real mug this morning. The barista rinsed my mug with hot water before filling it with coffee. It takes three seconds and increases my enjoyment of my coffee. Thanks.

Nice place friendly staff great coffee good bagels

We were very impressed by the friendliness and patience of the employees early this morning—on Thanksgiving Day! We needed breakfast to go as we headed out of town. Our original plan was McDonalds but they were closed. We were very glad to see that Coffee & Bagels was open, and not only that, the people working there were cheerful and kind. What a great way to start our long drive. We didn’t know the menu so we needed extra time to decide, and the young man helping us was very patient. He repeated our whole order back and made sure we got everything we needed. When we pulled up, he had the coffee right away. The female employee who gave us our coffee was very sweet and smiley, too! We asked them to fill a thermos with hot water which they gladly did. At the end we wished each other a Happy Thanksgiving and went on our way. Overall, this was very pleasant. It’s amazing what a couple kind and cheerful employees can do. Thank you!

At this caribou the staff are so friendly. When I go through the drive through with my dog they always give him a pupcup. I really like that they do that and be gets so excited for his treat

Great, fast service inside. Drive-thru is pretty slow.

They have the best Latte in Richfield as well as wonderful sandwiches! Check out their "Pumpkin Latte!" Their drive up service is just as good as their in-store service. They are always kind and helpful!

Genuinely friendly service, great coffee, bagel sandwiches were fast and delicious.

My mom and I stopped in before a road trip and my mom knows nothing about coffee or tea. Missy asked her about what she likes and made a suggestion for a boba tea that mom absolutely loved. Everyone else who served us was so sweet and funny, the opposite of what I would have expected for a busy Saturday morning. I usually do the drive through before work, but I may come inside more often! Thank you!

Delicious, good and fast service

I stopped in to get a dozen plain bagels. A young guy named Amory took my order. He was super friendly, funny, and helpful. He also has perfect hair and a killer smile. He should be promoted to manager. 10/10 bagel experience.

So I work at a different caribou. I have a drink I like made a certain way. These guys do it perfectly for me! They are all super nice too about making it!

My favorite coffee shop. Local owned. Coffee does not taste burnt like that other national chain. I love the dark roast
