Panera Bread

I usually get the you pick two sandwich and soup combo. The Mediterranean veggie sandwich with the ten veggie soup was excellent.
The staff made some mistakes with the order but they fixed it as soon as we brought it to their attention

In the past I have sworn to never return to Panera, but thanks to my kids, here I am. I was pleasantly surprised. It seems that they might be adequately staffed, so there weren't long wait times and the quality was actually worth the price. All of the staff was so friendly and the place was pretty clean.

Great spot for a healthier side of life meal and nice spot to work remotely as I saw many there doing this. Recent visit was for a quick lunch bite and the French onion soup was a show stopper!! I will be ordering that in a bread bowl my next trip! The margarita pizza was a good choice as well and much larger that I had expected so opted for a box in the end. Very filling meal.

The food is always delicious! It is "fast food" with a flair! They page you when your order is ready. It never disappoints! Highly recommend!

Placed my order sat down not even 2 minutes pass and boom! Really good BBQ chicken sandwich amazing French onion soup, fast and tasty and always willing to help staff!

Awesome food, as expected. Janice was the real MVP tho. She was super kind and clear and helpful. Also, the strawberry smoothie here is one of the best around.

I appreciate the way the manager took care of our team during the snow storm.... Making sure we did not experience panic or fear just keeping us away from hyperventilation symptoms.

I love this place. It's Panera and the employees are always friendly if, a bit stressed. Quirky characters.

I need to preface this to say that I'm a total 'foodie'. I learned to cook in Italy and San Francisco in the '80s. I've also lived with a renowned chef.

And the Panera Cobb salad I just ate was fantastic! The greens were so fresh, and the tomatoes tasted like the were just picked from my yard. The Green Goddess was the best I've tasted. Wow!

i love panera. The buffalo chicken sandwich is so good. Also the strawberry lemonade. The employees are also cool fr.

But although the Mac and cheese was a little burnt a couple of times
I still have to give Panera a 5 Star review
Because the Mac was still edible
And the staff where respectful and the only time I seem to get it a little burnt was at like at around 9pm so that's understandable at least for me
And it's only happened like 2 times
But whenever I get it before 8pm it's perfect!!!!

So with all that said I still highly recommend Panera

One of the best customer services I have ever experienced. The manager asked me if I had tried a certain sandwich and I never had she said I’m going to get you one to go so you can try it!!!!! She also gave me a free cookie and my meal was delicious. I appreciated the kindness I was shown and I will definitely be back to this location! Great job to the crew thanks for making my day !

Consistently good. Love the specials they run. Nice place for lunch and so work space as well. Clean and spacious. Good to use their area to get things done and to have a nice meal

This is my go to location, the staff are amazing and so kind. This location send very popular, sometimes by the end of the day things have run out so place your order early!

First time eating Panera and i had it delivered. Seriously the best delivery and the best lunch I've ever had! Soup was steaming hot, sandwich and salad chilled to perfection. Bread tasted like it was just baked. I don't know how this amazing meal was delivered to me so quickly but, i will be doing this often!

I've been to quite a few Panera's, heck I used to work at one. This was one of my best experiences. The staff were friendly, my salad was well prepared (instead of more slap dash approach I've had sometimes) and when they brought our my tray, everything was laid out nicely, and they even included a knife and some butter for my bread! That has never happened! I enjoyed my time here.

I came here for a breakfast and some coffee. Great menu but nothing seemed appealing to me. Deborah (the manager) patiently helped me. I told her what I want and she customized a meal for me. She was passionate about the menu. She cares about the place like she owns it. As a business owner. A manger like that is hard to find

Yesterday, I finally tried the new, mac 'n chz, grilled chz. I had been looking forward to this for sometime. The bread was toasted & the edges were sort of warm, but the center was just plain cold. It was only a half of sandwich I ordered, & it just didn't seem worth the time or waste to mention it to the folks, so I ate it & left. It was good enough, despite being cold. I was disappointed, but it wasn't the end of the world. When I pulled out my receipt at my next stop & saw Panera's "accuracy matters" statement & how they'd give you a treat if they didn't get it out right, I thought well, I did spend over 7 & half $s, so a cup of coffee would be much appreciated compensation, but still I hate to go an complain. I agonized about the complaint in my mind, but decided to go voice the situation to Crystal, who not only made my sandwich but was also the MOD. She went above & beyond, refunding me my $ & sending me with an ice coffee. As a loyal Panera customer for years & years, this meant a lot to me, as I am struggling with work & finances right now. Thanks Crystal. You are a gem. I look forward to visiting your location again.
