Marigold Bistro

Now THIS is the change our city needed for fine dining. I’m not sure what everyone else is charging for an experience like this but it is not a rip off, the food is high quality, great service, excellent food selection, entrees appealing to the eyes, you just feel at home. For those that think it isn’t better than the original ownership, you are incorrect. The menu is refined, classy, delicious and…you get treated like family. Love it!

We are huge fans of Marigolds on Centennial Blvd and have been going there for years. So we decided to try The Bistro a few weeks ago as well. It was amazing! Once again, Marigold's knows how to make people feel welcome and appreciated. From the host who treated us like we were old friends, to the wait staff, to the amazing food, it was a wonderful evening experience. We had Mario as our waiter who we had known for years at Marigold's West. I was so glad to see the food was a little different than the main Marigolds because it makes it its own unique restaurant. I highly recommend both of the marigolds. They truly are the best restaurants in town! Get the appetizer trio! Wow!

The service was very friendly and accommodating. I don't think that I have been to a restaurant with such superb service. The food was delicious, and the wine list was well put together. There was a variety of wines to choose from to accompany appetizers and dinner.
The only construction feedback that I have is that the restaurant gets so loud. As the restaurant fills up the noise level continues to rise and rise until you are yelling across the table to speak. The music was not the issue. It played very calmly and quietly in the background. The layout of the restaurant is such that sound bounces off the walls and echoes. I could highly recommend installing sounds absobant panels on the walls and maybe a few rugs on the floor.
Other than that, this restaurant is superb. I highly recommend it.

What a great night. Our anniversary and they went all out to make it a "moment of magic" Kaylee was so kind and generous and Riley and wait staff were super helpful. Food was superb but service even better. Thanks for making our night special. Jeff and Connie. 53 years

Top service here ! Excellent food ! Walter who sounds very German is indeed from Austria . He’s worked and ran culinary fine dining his whole life and it shows. His chefs his waiters his service and the fact he’s on site himself speaks volumes. We enjoyed the oysters appetizers, the wine , and the garlic herb chicken was amazingly tasty onto weeping the lava cake with a string thick complimentary wine. The environment and music spelled fine dining yet was half the price leaving room for a tip to both the chef and waiter !

What an amazing dining experience! From the moment we were greeted it at the door we knew this was going to be a different dining experience! The hospitality was unparalleled, the menu was incredible, the service was impeccable, and we can't wait to go back! Everything was elegant and refined and layered with taste and style!

Walter 's is our goto restaurant when attending the WOJ at the Broadmoor.

A sincere greeting, good food. When I asked what the well Tequila was the waiter said Cuervo. Wow such a nice restaurant to be serving a low grade Tequila. Told waiter he told me to tell Walter. So Walter get a good blue agave Tequila. Even the Costco branded (Kirkland)Tequila is a better choice than telling your customers you serve Cuervo.

Otherwise our visit was enjoyable and pleasant. We even ordered dessert... they had pies and more pies.

servers are very professional, well trained. steak is the best it's like melting in your mouth. the appetizer - steak tartar is very fresh and tasty. I'm falling in love with this restaurant. oh! the cream mushroom soup is the best soup ever!

Fully amazing experience! Food and service were outstanding! This gem has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere, complete with a charming local following! An absolute must visit if you are in Colorado Springs!

I tried escargot here for the first time. I was told by my company that it was classic escargot and was not disappointed. The picture is their beet salad which was also fresh and fill of sharp flavors to accentuate the sweet beets. Service was excellent, and Walter dropped in to see how everything was. Divine!

This restaurant is terrific! I went with 5 others, and we shared tastes of each other’s meals. Each ranged from excellent to the best I’ve ever had (mushroom ravioli). And the service was outstanding. Waiter was courteous and attentive, somehow always there when you needed something but never pushy. Thank you good sir. I could not have asked for a better dining experience.
