What a wonderful place! After months of walking by, my partner and I finally decided to dine in and we both enjoyed a delicious meal. Both their broccoli and artichoke soups were fantastic along with the Korean chicken sandwich. The place was so cozy and the staff were so kind and friendly. I can't wait to go again!

The Cook/Waitress/ I believe the Owner was very Nice & The Food was Excellent. They DO Serve Alcohol, both Wine & Beer.
The Portions are perfect Size and the Food is Cooked to Perfection.

This is a Must Visit if you Haven't been there.
Last 2 Pictures are of the Wine List, & they Serve Beer 🍺, just Ask the Waitress/ Owner.

I don't often say this about a restaurant, as I am a very picky eater, but literally everything tasted amazing. I got some chicken poblano soup, salmon, and Chai tea. The service was attentive. The price was $57 for 2 people, which honestly I think is very affordable for the quality of what we got. Not sure why this place isn't rated 5 stars. We would definitely come back.

I am ashamed to say but it has been almost 15 years since we have been back to Dale Street. What a mistake we have made. The food was top notch and the owner was awesome! Dale Street has turned into our “new to us” place to just go to chill, and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you Dale Street Bistro for being “our” place!

The most underrated Korean food place in the springs! Lots of bistro fare but you MUST try the bimbimap! The Korean style burger and slaw is DIVINE! Wonderful wine selection, beautiful atmosphere, mom and pop owned

My friend and I had the Grilled Eggplant Sandwich and the cream of artichoke soup. Both were excellent! I will definitely eat here again soon.

My impressions:
Great place!! I’ll be back.
When I walked in off the street I had high hopes for this small restaurant. I love eating in a place that once was a home. Multiple smallish rooms lends itself to a feeling of warmth, familiarity, and authenticity. Comfortable: yes, pretentious: NO, real: yes!
Ambience is important, whether you are dining at Le Cinq in Paris or cooking over a campfire in Death Valley or having a nice meal at DSBC.

Our server brought us water and took our order. Because I’m a foodie geek and had “researched” DSBC, I recognized her to be the owner. I also sensed that this place is not over-staffed. Mostly a good thing. We asked questions about the menu and wine and she opined and suggested, all to the good.

The food was tasty, adequate portions, each plate(mussels, piccata, salmon, bread pudding, and crème brûlée)was empty when it was taken away!!

Mussels: plentiful, no duds in the batch, and the broth tasty. We mopped up the broth with bread, really good! A bit of color could have improved this dish.

Chicken Piccata: Very good. The chicken breast had a light, crispy exterior and was juicy, cooked just right. The sauce was plentiful, full of capers, lemony, and very good!! The mixed vegetables were cooked just right. Everything perfectly seasoned.

Salmon: once again cooked just right and all the components of this dish very tasty.

Bread Pudding: home run big time!! Crème anglaise surrounded the slice of bread pudding. Every bite was savored!!

Crème brûlée: you either do it right(crackly caramelized sugar crust/creamy, perfectly cooked custard) or don’t bother. They did it right!!

As I said all the dishes were seasoned just right. That is a huge step towards great taste. So many places don’t get it right, DSBC was just right.

Dale Street Bistro is the kind of place that I can recommend, that I will return to, and has great value!!

Other great CoSpgs food:
Nightingale Bakery
Provisions Bakery
Taco truck, near Union St/Constitution in parking lot near Walmart and Rampart Supply
Tlaquepaque, Murray St
Switchback Coffee(trust me get the bagel), Boulder St

First I need to mention this is a small business. There is typically only 2-3 people working. And they do a damn good job for such a small staff. The food is always good, and the ambiance is the best. This is one of our favorite places to "escape" to.

This place is small and locally owned. The prices are fair and the food is absolutely delicious. They really take pride in their food and restaurant. The service is amazing. It has a quiet, comfortable vibe and atmosphere. It is in an old victorian style house. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent cozy restaurant in an old Victorian style home. It is run by an older Asian couple who are very cordial. The menu is unique and very high quality. Prices are a little high but absolutely worth the price for the quality and uniqueness of the food. The home decor makes one feel that one is eating in a small art museum. This is a wonderful space and we will eat here every time we visit Colorado Springs.

I had never been to Dale St Bistro before. The service and the food were wonderful. I took the server's recommendation and had the oriental chicken salad with homemade bread. Excellent! My friend had the quiche and soup. Also very good. We finished our meal with the chocolate mousse cake. It was incredibly delicious as well as beautiful! There is construction in front of the building but it was worth the effort getting to the place. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I love the ambiance of this place! It’s very cute and more importantly, very clean and ran efficiently by the ladies working there. We had the Pepperoni Pizza and Club Sandwich with Chicken Poblano Pepper Soup. The food was amazing and my kids approve! Will definitely be back to try other items on their menu!

I love the quite and cute aesthetic they have going on inside. The servers are always so polite and sweet, very quick service everytime. Come here on a Tuesday afternoon and you'll have the whole place to yourself. The Reuben is really not good at all... however every soup they have is fabulous. I highly recommend the French onion.

Cute and cozy little cafe with very warm and friendly staff. The porch area has space heaters for both the tables out there, so it was almost hot while I sipped my latte and watched the snow outside.
