I never received a bill and received a notice from a collection agency. We have no idea what it is for. Clearly, this is a common theme

Sent a bill that was covered by insurance to collections and never contacted me. Same issue as everyone else.

Sent me a bill from 2021 which was already paid at the time of service. It’s now 2023 and they fraudulently sent me to collections.

Stop coming after me for debt I don't owe. Associated Pathologists is blatantly ignoring a pre-existing contract they negotiated with my local health department. Several phone calls (at least 8) and a different associate every time tells me this is resolved and the balance is not mine to pay. Last month I received a notice from a debt collector for services that were covered explicitly under the contract aforementioned. Shady, dubious business practices! Do not recommend if you can go to anyone else for labs!

$37.50 sent to collections with no invoice to know how to pay. Try to pay it by phone and tech service gets you no where.

Same problem as everyone else. Got sent to collections and still can’t pay it because of their awful tech and responses.

Never sent my bill to me. Instead, it got sent to collections 4 months later. Trash company.

I’ve been calling and leaving messages trying to pay a bill they sent me. No answer and no call back. Very frustrating and not trying to get sent to collections because they can’t answer the phone.

Dispute the Bill! This will make them provide you with proof and put a hold on this being sent to credit agencies. This is FRAUD, if they are over billing. It sure seems like they are.
