This Starbucks is very conveniently located close to 275. Coffee is always good at Starbucks and the bacon Gouda sandwich is delish anytime! Staff here was friendly and service was quick. Of course, my dog loved the pup cup- love when she can get a treat too!!

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! The manager is amazing, always working side by side with co-workers, smiles continuously and will make you feel welcome. The coffee was fresh and bought an everthing bagel to go, my favorite.

This Starbucks always makes an effort to get to know their customers, and the employees have great personalities! They really make an effort to brighten your day. I've never had a bad drink or bad service. They usually get drinks made in a timely manner, though they get very busy early in the morning before work/school. Sometimes there's a 3-5 minute wait, but they make it worth it.

Love the new location! I have always been a regular customer, but the drive thru addition has definitely brought you more business from me! Many times I wanted to run in the last location, but because of "time" I would opt out of my mocha iced coffee! As I'm sure, the rest of the general public did the same. Good move!!!! The drive through is fast, super covienent and the staff working drive through is ALWAYS upbeat, friendly and you pull away taking those good vibes with you and your yummy mocha iced coffee!! My favorite place. I do have one disappointment I got the vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and I have to say there is nothing sweet or vanilla tasting about it. Wish I hadn't of spent almost 6 bucks on it. I really wish I had chosen differently.

absolute angels at this store. my drink is always perfect and the employees are always soo nice. yeah sometimes the line is long but if you look at the employees they are Always working hard to get through the orders as fast as they can

Got my iced coffee perfect and delivered quickly. Nice staff checked that everything was OK and wished me a good day. Coffee was great on a 92 degree day.

This is my Starbucks. :) I go there on my way to work. The drive thru is a great time saver, and I can make it in 10 minutes. Tell them to stir it for you if you get a latte and you are driving. That keeps happening to me and I keep forgetting, and I get to the bottom of my latte and all the syrup is down there. But yeah. Starbucks is great.

Fastest Starbucks I’ve been to and kind staff even through the rush. Cars wrapped around the building and full on the inside and I still got 2 drinks and a sandwich in under 10 minutes

I've tried, but you just can't beat Starbucks coffee. I'm a caffeine free drinker and the choices are limited for a strong, dark roast caffeine free blend. Americano decaf is the best I've found so far. Love the food choices now

Fast service and polite employees. I do Mobile orders alot lately and my order is always correct the first time and is always done before i arrive. 5 out of 5 from me.

Drive thru line is always 6-10 cars long but it's worth it. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and patient no matter how "Sally" I get with my order. LOL! AND my order is ALWAYS right. The mozzarella flatbread, little egg fritters and the power protein lunch boxes are AMAZING. Parking can get REALLY crazy at breakfast lunch and dinner because of Chipotle and getting in and out of the lot with traffic patterns on Loveland-Madeira Rd can be VERY tricky. It's easier to exit if you drive thru the car dealership, Wendy's, and Shell's parking lots and exit further up the road. Make it really easy and hop All the way thru Receptions parking lot to the light. All in all love my Starbucks!
