Dunkin'

Morris made our day today. He was super friendly on the phone and in person! We woke up to a coffee that was not working in our rental. We were grumpy and tired, but not for long. It’s amazing how one person’s smile and helpful attitude can make your day!

It's always busy at DD in OCNJ but the guys working were so friendly, happy, smiling & working so hard to fulfill orders. Even with a line to the door, the gentleman on the register made sure to treat each customer as if they were his close personal friend, even calling all of the guests his "Friend". So polite & happy, most places that require customer service DREAM of employees like these. You could tell they were really busting their butts, they had outstanding communication amongst each other. It was wonderful to watch the staff laugh & joke with each other, not losing a smile once.
We used the app to place our order, hit a few stores 3 blocks over& came back 20mins later with our food all ready to go. Even while being hospitable to everyone, they made sure to work quickly to take care of each customer. These guys deserve a raise! They are the most friendly & hardworking people I have seen down here, not even the workers at the boardwalk are as nice & engaged with their customers.

We were heading back home to PA and had the pleasure of stopping at the Dunkin on West Ave and 10th street. The gentleman working the register , I believe Morris, was the most pleasant and legitimately happiest employee in the store. Our car battery died in the lot and the District manager, Scott, was there and helped out with our car. Best customer service ever. 8/14/23

About the inside service. The clerk is a big dark skin guy at the counter. What a great guy. He is wonderful to the customers. I watched him interact with everyone while waiting. He made everyone's day. Cheerful, helpful, and proficient. He knew the locals and the tourists He went out of his way to assist someone having typical c.c. issues with machines.

This place has amazing service, the food was amazing and the coffee is wonderful! I will recommend this store to anyone visiting Ocean City!

Ordered 2 hot coffees with 2 breakfast sandwiches for lunch and I was pleasantly pleased with the order especially the coffee. Coffee was spot on delicious with the right amount of sugar and creamer. Thank you for a great cup of coffee. It’s hit or miss with DD chains. We don’t always get a good cup of coffee but because it was all that and some I wanted to give them a good review.

Building was very clean and fresh looking, staff were courteous and service was quick.

MOST DD are consistent and the employees provide decent to excellent service and this location is true to form. Unfortunately I have had bad experiences with a few locations but no issues here at all. Just good DD iced coffee and good customer service. Server at window even waited while I reloaded my payment on the DD app! Thanks!

Had the best mocca latte I've had in a long time

Best service of any Dunkin I’ve ever been in. Let me tell you they are on it 100%. Came in to get my online order and the staff immediately asked me what name my order was under. They promptly gave me my food and drinks. Very attentive to the customer!!

Today my friend and I went to get two blue raspberry slushies. They were out and asked if we wanted strawberry instead. Turns out they were nearly out of strawberry, too, and offered a refund or asked if we wanted vanilla. They even offered to give a refund if we tried the vanilla and didn't like it! They gave us the rest of the strawberry slushie they had, and upgraded us to large vanilla slushies for free on top of it. The workers were polite and apologetic the whole time. Awesome experience, even if we didn't get quite what we wanted. They didn't have to do any of that, but they went above and beyond for us. We will be back!

Everything was fresh and was nice to have so many options with donuts and munchkins oh and they had apple fritters.

This Dunkin doughnuts is in NJ where I'm on vacation but it's very nice go to Dunkin Donuts every day where I live in Delaware this one is way nicer with better service

Staff is always friendly. Service is consistent. Love the drive through as well .

Still say it is the best coffee around and sandwiches and doughnuts are damn good to in my opinion.
