My husband and I walked in and was quickly attended to by Eduardo. He helped us apply for a Kay jewelers credit card and helped me search for a beautiful ring enhancer. The experience was wonderful! Claudia went above and beyond for me to get the piece of jewelry I really wanted,was shocked that she made it possible I can't stop looking at my hand looks amazing I'm highly satisfied. Also they gave me a date and the ring got there way before time and me and my wife flew to go get it we where very excited 😊 Claudia and the teams service was exceptional. Daniela was very helpful and polite. I showed her exactly what I was looking for and she was able to locate it at another store. She made sure that I received all available discounts and promotions and insured that I got the best deal. My wife and I are very happy with my purchase.

Claudia is awesome at Kay Jewelers!!! She goes far and beyond to make sure that her customers are happy!!! She’s also a great salesperson. She will make sure to show you the best deals and take care of your present jewelry you have. For instance, cleaning, reminding you of your inspection dates for your jewelry and just being so kind.

Francine was amazing and helped us to find just what we were looking for. Although we were just looking she made sure to show us different options and asked all the right questions when assisting me to find a style that fits my taste. She also made sure to provide us with all the benefits of the warranty’s and promotions that come with the rings and we looked at. We plan to come back after the great experience we had!

I have been a customer at this store for over a decade. I have always had great experiences when it comes to customer service. About three years ago, I met Ms. Mari Martinez. By far, out of all my purchasing experiences, she has provided me the absolute best customer service. My husband traded in my band for an enhancer in 2023. When we received the ring back from the shop, we found multiple issues with it. Mari listened to our concerns, reassured us the ring will be fixed, and immediately sent it back for repair. When we got the ring back again, the ring was close to perfection, beautiful! I know the only reason we were able to rectify the issues was because of Mari and her great customer service and communication skills. She is very kind, professional and just a people person. I will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases because of Mari.

Daisel & Jeff were just the best! They ordered my engagement ring from another store for me since there were only 3 in FL! When it arrived I was able to try it on before purchasing to make sure it was the perfect choice for us before we sent it out to be sized. They were great & we ended up w the most beautiful ring I could imagine! I HIGHLY recommend Kay & the Loop location specifically!

We just had had a wonderful experience with a staff member ( Mari Cruz) at the Kay Jeweler's in kissimmee at the loop. She helped us pick out the perfect gift items and had good taste when doing so. Mari was very nice and 100% knowledgeable Will revisit in the future for real.
