Went in for some samples to try to find my signature facial and body dreams. I was met with Artemis who was super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend them for all your lush needs. Dylan is an absolute delight to work with !

Staff is so so helpful! Tons of space with loads of inventory! Black label perfumes that are only available here and in New York!

We stopped in yesterday, 5/26, from out of town, and everyone working was terrific! Tyana took the time to help us find what we needed. She offered us targeted samples for our needs and made sure we knew how to use everything. 10/10 recommend!

Great store of shopping for a wife, girlfriend, daughter. Not so much for a husband, boyfriend, son. Great variety of hand made bath stuff. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great for birthday, Christmas, or presents for special occasions. A bit pricey so look for sale items.

I don’t usually get excited about in store shopping, but Lush is the exception - I want to sample every product because they all smell amazing, and I want to talk to every employee because they are all so friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. I will gleefully and unapologetically hand my credit card over to Lush no questions asked, because I enjoy buying the products, I enjoy using the products, I enjoy recycling the containers, and I’ve never been disappointed with any product or in-store experience at any location. I wish every business did it this well!

I was greeted immediately by Jen who was very friendly and told me about the bath bombs and bubble ones. I bought some for my kids and can not wait to see their reactions! As I was browsing the items another sales attendant showed me the face mask and asked me all about my skin and what I wish to achieve from a mask. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable in the products!

Went to lush today and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful and helped me find products that were coconut free because I'm allergic. One employee checked all of the Ingredients on the bar soaps and found the one that was coconut free for me.

Everyone there is so nice and kind. They make you feel very safe by enforcing a strict mask policy and having you wash your hands with samples of soap before you touch anything. They also have dedicated testers for sniffing and don't allow customers to handle products unless they're sure they're going to buy them. Over all lovely place and the employees are too kind!

They were perfect as always. The service is great and the products are better. Though the products are a bit on the pricey side since everything is all hand made and organic. If you're looking for something cheaper from them try a bath bomb, they are incredible and typically less than $10.

I always love visiting this store. They have a whole lot of handmade cosmetics from bath bombs, to soaps, face masks, to even deodorants. All the products I've tried I've been satisfied with. I particularly like the face marks in the store, they always leave my skin glowing. The lip scrubs are great too.

Hannah helped us with multiple product recommendations for different hair issues and gave us individualized attention based on our needs. She was informative and very friendly and clearly knew the products well. Will come back and buy more of her recommendations.

I had never been to lush before but have used their products. The guy who helped me was super friendly as I was new and interested in products I haven’t used before. When I accidentally dropped something he was quick to make sure it was okay and offered me a new one. He also gave me two free samples of products I may like, probably cause I spent so much :) awesome experience, I will definitely be back

Highly recommend these products, but we ALL know how great they are and that LUSH is a socially and environmentally conscious company, so I won’t spend time on that. I have been using LUSH products for many years and this trip was the first time something wasn’t 100%. The employees all showed wonderful customer service, and resolved the issue with excellence and then some! You can really measure a company’s quality by how they handle mistakes. You have a customer for life!

Amazing customer service! I didn’t know exactly what would be best for facial products for myself, nor much about different products, and the young man who helped me this morning was knowledgeable, kind, patient and had a great personality. I had just left another store that promotes Natural products, and I left that store feeling as though my presence was a Bother and limited knowledge an annoyance to staff there, rather than an opportunity to show their enthusiasm and knowledge about their products, and help a customer. Kudos to YOUR staff at Lush though! I don’t make it to the cities very often , but will definitely include a trip to Lush, and purchases once again, when I travel that way. Thanks for making my day and turning a bad experience at one store into a Positive experience at yours. Grateful.

If you're looking product that will work, go here. We love their face masks and eye creams and use them daily. We've both gotten compliments on our complexions. Its wonderful. Please visit Lush if you want high quality product. We are loyal customers now.

Love love love these products! My fav? Avocado call Wash. Super spandy for a small bar these days but no plastic bottle. And it leaves your hair so soft and silky and it doesn't get greasy the very next day 🤷🏼‍♀

Super helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to keep my 8 year old son entertained by demonstrating a bath bomb in the sink so that I could shop without worrying. Of course we then had to buy some. Love their products and awesome customer service.

Visited the mall for the first time last month, and was very impressed with the service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff. His name escapes me, but a guy was particularly helpful when I told him what I was looking for as a gift for a friend. We also had a nice chat about Overwatch when I noticed he had an Overwatch tattoo. All the staff I talked to at the store, from the ones helping me choose products, to when I was checking out, were so friendly and helpful. :D

I love how good it smells inside! Very friendly people. Bath bombs are amazing. I would recommend trying the dark angels face and body cleanser, it helps get rid of acne. My boyfriend loves it for his back acne!
