I really love their customer service. The staff is really nice every time I go and really helpful. I was looking for something to go with my daughter's outfit for Christmas and a staff showed me the perfect shoes. I never stay too long because once I describe what I'm looking for to an associate they find it on the spot. They always have great deals and the latest shoes. I'm not a fan of shoe shopping but I know exactly where to go and it's never frustrating or time consuming. They need raises. Great customer service is the key to a great business and this store has it.

I've shopped here years for my family's shoes. They have a great selection, this isn't a Pay Less. I'm glad this store has been available. Kids love to spin the wheel for additional savings. This place is a real time saver for couples with multiple purchase incentives. They also have plenty of clearance items, due to a good rotation of new stock.

Just got a great deal on back to school sneakers for my daughter using the buy one get one half off deal plus another fifteen percent off. Faith the young lady who assisted us with our purchase was very courteous and professional. We were well pleased with our shopping experience at Shoe Carnival today.

Nice collections of shoes. I went in for me some crocs which is trending right now. I paid like $40 for a cute cute pair. The cashier was very helpful and patient with my questions and concerns.
