Great store ran by great people! Mom, dad, and son really know how to make customers feel welcomed! Found this store after visiting the boot barn (being hounded the whole time) and found the same boot for a fraction of the cost! Highly recommend the boot store to anyone looking for a new pair of boots! Thanks again for the awesome experience!

First time ever visiting the store and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I came looking for FRC clothing and the staff members made sure to get me properly fitted. Prices were great (store sales) and affordable. Highly recommend.

I didn't purchase anything this visit, but the guys were very helpful and even willing to order a boot for me if I wanted. Really good selection of work boots and exotics.

Extremely helpful, attentive staff. Have been to other boot stores in the area, but did not receive the level of service I did here. I have never owned a pair of pull-on, western style boots before. They explained what I needed to look for, how the boot should fit, why it should fit that way, what to expect, and how to care for the boots. Will return.

Also some of the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. If they don't have it in stock they're willing to order it for you.

I can always find good deals here. Friendly honest staff. I once accidentally left my purse here. I got it back hours later completely unmolested.

Excellent service and great prices

I love this store. I would rather shop here than cavanders or boot barn, and I'll tell you why. It's a small boot store with quality products and great selection and even better prices. The small store offers a lot and gives you the comfort of privately shopping and the employees are always willing to give a hand if you can't find your size.

Went in and was greeted, asked me what I was looking for. Lady showed me everything I was looking for and was shown where the fitting room was... 10/10 would go again

I love the cowgirl rhinestone belts, I purchased brown, black and white rhinestone it is beautiful, my 2 grand babies purchased cowgirl boots, they are loving them!!!!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My grandson LOVES his hat!

Hands down easiest boot shopping experience of my life. Great selection, more than helpful staff, and very well priced. Overall an awesome experience, very glad I went here instead of one of the big box stores. Even turned me onto a new boot sealing product I'll be using the rest of my life. Keep it up Boot Store!

Friendly service, great selection, and fair prices. Nothing much else to say about it. They have a wide variety of boots for work and casual/dress and other clothing items. Typical western store.

Never been till today but I was greeted at the door and they were very helpful. They even conditioned the boots I picked out while I looked around some more.
10 out of 10 on price, selection, and on top of that the lady's there really know their stuff.
