I had a wonderful experience today. I had called 2 other Doctors trying to schedule all of my kids together and it was nearly impossible. On the phone Cindy was AMAZING, very patient and provided outstanding customer service. Today, she was very polite assisting me at check in and at the end providing me with a note for my kid's school. The lady that does the testing was great, the Doctor was very patient and provided details, but the MVP was CINDY! Thank you all!

They all treated me with the utmost respect, and that is number one important in my book. They talked me each thing they were doing. Keeping me relaxed. The staff was by far 1,000,000% better than my last eye doctor. When the dr was done with me. She got me together with her employee who went out of her way to pick that perfect pair.

I have only ever dealt with optical outlets since moving to Florida 5 years ago. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. I’ve never had any issues getting my questions answered. I had to reschedule multiple times because I kept getting sick and they accommodated me each time without fail. The sales staff who assists you with finding a new pair of glasses are fabulous and extremely knowledgeable on their products. My visit last Saturday was just as wonderful as all the others and I can’t wait to pick up my new pair in the next few days. Thanks for reading, Ms B

Cannot say enough good things about this place. My appointment was supposed to be for 3:50. They allowed me to move my appointment to 9:00 a.m. the doctor was quick and efficient. Michelle was phenomenal to work with, she helped me pick out a great pair of glasses informed me what my insurance covered. She was very personable and friendly. Will definitely be back for any future needs.

Myself, and my daughters went in and the process was so fast and enjoyable. From the moment we met with Carla to when we received our exams from the Doctor, they made my time as a mom super simple. The doctor was so funny and professional. He addressed all of my concerns sincerely, as well as Carla was extremely professional and personable. She even took the time to help me decide which frames to choose for my daughters and I. I 10/10 recommend this location! We are excited for our follow up :)

Was able to get an appointment same day. Everything was clean and nice. The staff were very sweet and helpful, and the doctor was nice and was invested in my exam. Love this place, will be coming back. :)

Had a great clerk, helped me pick out 2 frames and was honest if they didn't look good. Went to pick them up and lucky me, I got Michelle again. She made both visit very pleasant.

I had my eye exam at Optical Outlet in Winter Haven FL. GREAT experience. I'm very pleased. Michelle helped me pick out my glasses and did a fantastic job. She also helped me on my last appointment in 2020 and did a great job then too. I love all the glasses that I've gotten there and can't wait to pick up my new ones. THANKS for a great appointment.

The Dr is absolutely phenomenal. He listens and really tries to help. I am legally blind and he referred me pro Bono to his wife who is a macular degeneration specialist. Her office does not accept my insurance and she seen me because Dr. Ismail ask her too. Above and beyond service.

**UPDATE**
After calling the main office and then speaking with the District Manager, I am happy to say that Optical Outlets is helping me with my appointment! I felt like they really understood my issue and I didn't have to run around in circles to receive help. I explained my side, I understood their side of it, and they found a way to make me a long term client. It can be hard for some of us to eat our words, but I am happy to say that I was wrong. This place pulled it together, displayed amazing customer service from the main office, and all before the end of my lunch break! I am sorry to get off on the wrong foot, but I am happy to say that I have somewhere close to my new home that I can rely on.

-- I'd give less than one star if I could. I set up an appointment here two weeks in advance and took a whole day off of work without pay to get my eyes checked and now I am without an appointment because the DAY BEFORE they tell me my insurance is out of network, even though it's on their website that they work with them AND I have reached out multiple times to check up on my appointment before hand. As I understand it is not something that the appointment staff can be in control of, but this was BEYOND a waste of my time and now MONEY. On top of it, I believe that she was just in a compromising situation, but the associate I spoke with couldn't do or say anything other than it was out of their hands. I can not stress enough how they dropped the ball on this and I will not be working with another optical outlet again.. Considering reaching out to someone higher now that I will be home without pay for something that could have easily been rectified.

I was a first time visitor of Optical Outlets Winter Haven office back in August of 2021 for a scheduled eye exam & to purchase a pair of new eyeglasses. I'm formerly a long time patient of My Eye Dr's Winter Haven office but was having great difficulty getting a timely scheduled eye exam appointment. So, I decided to come here since a family member had done business at this location for her son & was pleased with the services received.

It quickly became evident to me that I had made the right choice; although my initial eye exam had to be redone in order to get my actual prescription accurate & the new frames I'd purchased from Optical Outlets literally cracked while wearing them on my face twice to my huge surprise! In spite of all these mishaps, Dr. Ismael & his staff were nothing but cooperative, patient, & accommodating to me & assured me that the issues would be resolved in a timely manner without any extra costs applied. I received time efficient, knowledgeable, & courteous service each time.

I want to extend a special thanks to Ms. Natashia George who is the office manager at this location for being so patient, professional, & courteous to me. Not one time, did I ever feel like she was frustrated with me for the repeated visits made to their office due to my ongoing issues. I would certainly recommend Optical Outlets to my family, friends, or anyone who is in need of quality optical care. Thank you all for everything & blessings!

Dr. Ismail is fantastic and so is his staff. I needed new glasses for years, but had to wait to afford. I was overwhelmed when I could finally see. You may need to wait a bit to see him, but it’s well worth it.

Made an appointment as a new patient today & they were able to get me in at 1:15pm. Yes, there was a substantial wait, but Dr. Ismail is 100% WORTH IT. He has a great sense of humor, extremely approachable and friendly! I've worn contacts & glasses for 29 years and I've never had such a fun experience.

Prices for my contacts were in line with any other retailer.

I am more than pleased. 😊

Went to Optical Outlet to get a prescription for new glasses. The person I dealt with was Jenny. She greeted me with a big smile behind her mask. Jenny was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. When it was time for me to select the frames, she suggested that metal frames would be best for me as my lenses would be on the thick side. I never thought about that. I said that I wanted something different and she found an awesome frame and the color is blue.

I have been in customer service for 30 years and it's great to find someone like Jenny. If you need new glasses, go to Optical Outlet and ask for Jenny!!
