I love it all, love that I can mobile order and my order will actually be ready upon pick up.

I was excited to learn that a new Starbucks opened in the city. It’s a great addition for us who live nearby. The place was very clean and organized. The staff was exceptionally kind and did a great job of providing top tier service. I will be coming back often. Keep up the good work!!!

I love this Starbucks so much! Such a great environment to study or get computer work done. I promise you the service is like no other, the connections are always there, and their recommendations are always so delicious they haven’t steered me wrong! I know everyone who walks into this Starbucks on Penn Street will have the same experience as I do!

Went to Starbucks for the first time had a warm greeting with a great atmosphere. The worker's were all nice and friendly and was able to get me my order swiftly. And the cashier was amazing with helping me with my first time. All round would most likely visit again.

Starbucks has the best work setting , it’s so organized this store specifically has the best team always willing to give out great customer service and the baristas are always creating fun ideas for drinks , come visit and i’m sure it’ll be a 20/10 experience !!

Love this place!such a great clean environment and everyone in the staff does such an amazing job every day for me and my wife.Been getting coffee every day before work for weeks and Jonathan,Aaliyah,Jaday, Arlene and Sierra always makes us feel welcomed every single time plus my boy Jonathan makes the most detailed frapuccinos you can imagine,thank you all so much for the outstanding job you guys do everyday... This starbucks is going to top all other starbucks in berks county I have to say the staff is incredible and the service they provide is superb. I went when they were doing that red holiday cup giveaway and that place was packed! But they still made sure they all had a pleasant experience 100/10!! :) Blessings to them!

This place is fairly new. It is in Alvernia University's new downtown Reading building. It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. There is lots of space and plenty of tables to sit at to relax or get some work done.

Aristas are always very friendly and welcoming at this location. Mobile orders are always ready on time.

It’s so nice to have a Starbucks right here on Penn! It brings a nice touch to Reading. Hopefully they can continue to make this neighborhood nicer because it has so much potential. Please say hi to my favorite barista Aaliyah! She’s so sweet and knows how to make the best drinks!

I don’t know what kind of benefits these employees are getting, but if they’re not, they should be! This is seriously the warmest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees are so. nice. Genuinely friendly and my order came out perfectly.

I know this location is mostly geared towards Alvernia students, but it’s one of the only coffee shops in downtown Reading, so I’d love to see it more accessible to the public! If they could have public wifi and more open hours, it would be perfect!!
