DuVonne assisted me in the shade process and from the beginning through installation, she was very communicative, knowledgable and helpful. She was able to switch my installation appointment for me when I needed to move it up - great customer service! Working with Nicole at the Shade Store was wonderful from start to finish! Picking out new shades for our whole house was intimidating, and Nicole put me at ease with her expertise and patience answering all of my questions. The day the shades were installed went seamlessly as well. Definitely recommend working with the Shade Store.

Purchased 10% solar shades battery powered cordless black on black. Just blocking sun didn’t have privacy concerns and wanted to see view Absolutely thrilled with the service and advice everyone gave. Even the tech coming to measure was super helpful. I initially scheduled install but once I opened the box I did it myself. It took me longer to fit the box in the recycle bin than to install. 4 screws per window and these are large windows. Did it solo. Highly recommend, the shipping materials had them wrapped up like a finely packaged steak from met market. Love!

The best customer service I could ever wish for. I have purchased motorized roller shades for my entire house from them. They have done an amazing job! From the first day of interaction with them the salesperson/account manager/installers - all were super professional. They did send a small mistake by sending the wrong sizes of the shade for one of the windows, but they have taken care of that in the best professional way. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get quality products with the best service along the way.

I purchased shades from the Shade Store in 2019. Since then I have recommended the store to many people. Recently one of my shades stopped, so I plugged it in to recharge the battery. This has happened once before in the four years, so I thought I knew what I was doing. I got a green light on the plug indicating the battery was fully charged, but it still would not move. I called the help number and they scheduled an appointment for an installer to come and fix the problem. He arrived and asked for my plug in and remote and plugged it in and it worked. I felt like and idiot since I apparently hadn't correctly done this although I had in the past. The installer went out of his way to not make me feel bad, even stating that sometimes the plug comes lose and trying to assure me it wasn't my fault, even though I knew it was. This is only a small reason why the Shade Store is such a pleasure to do business with and why I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks about my shades.

We purchased wooden blinds and had them installed through the store's professional installation. We are very glad we chose to have them install it.The installation went great and the blinds are beautiful! We are very satisfied with the design , color and your store’s professional installation:) The blinds definitely make a huge difference- they add elegance and the color of the wood adds warmth.

Last year we purchased cellular shades for most of the upstairs and recently completed the window treatment project with roller shades for the entire downstairs. We are very satisfied with our experience in all areas. Zalak and DuVonne were amazing to work with at the showroom, very knowledgeable and no pressure sales. Measurement and installation went perfect. We appreciated the professionalism by the Shade Store employees in all areas from sales to measure to install. Lifetime warranty was a big selling point for us. It's good to know they will stand behind their products if something breaks years down the road.

I had the pleasure of working with DuVonne to get shades for my new home. It was a new construction so the space was a blank canvas and a little intimidating for myself as a first time homebuyer. She was an incredible guide in explaining which types of shades best suit different situations and recommending certain products/ samples to serve as my starting point. We also love all the material/color options they offer, as well as all different price points to choose from. We worked with DuVonne and met with her at least several times. One installer didn't install the blinds properly for the French doors. DuVonne felt so sorry for us and contacted the company right away. Zalak Shah is professional and very responsive. When I visited the shade store the first time, she tried her best to meet with what I need. I really love the drapery ,it looks really fancy, and worths the price. the set-up also is fast. I also have some shades installed, one of the shades’ chain is broken, I reached out to Zalak, and got a replacement soon after it. I would recommend the shade store.

I am very pleased with our products from the Shade Store. Debbie was an extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsive consultant as she helped us with an install for an entire house. The quality of the blinds are fantastic with very competitive rates. We had an issue with one of the shades after install, and they addressed it immediately.

This was an overall great experience. Working with Debbie Darling was a joy. Her knowledge of the various window treatments available is amazing and she used our color/fabric samples to get us perfect matches. The quality of the window treatments is outstanding. We had one glitch of a wrong color for a solar shade but that was quickly fixed. The installers were efficient and professional. Highly recommended!!
