Best T-Mobile store I’ve ever been to, all the staff go above and beyond to help, especially Johnathan O. 01/11/2024 and every other time I’ve had to come in here!!!

We recently moved to the USA and visited the store to switch to post paid accounts and get a new phone. Edwin was absolutely amazing and made the whole process a breeze. He worked with us for almost an hour and a half, providing us with information every step along the way. Very diligent and professional. Thanks Edwin!

I had some great service from "Easy". I was trying to buy a T-Mobile hotspot. Their website didn't work (it wouldn't let me select a plan). I called T-Mobile customer service, and they said there wasn't a 100GB plan, for $50/month (even after they checked with their supervisor). But Easy knew about it and recommended it for my situation. I was in and out, in about 10 minutes, with exactly what I wanted.
I've had T-Mobil for my cellphone service for many years. At first it was a little spotty but is much better now. When I first signed up. they advertised a great plan for $140/month. After taxes, fees, etc. it was $140/month! I love T-Mobil, nothing like the thieves I ran into at Sprint (now bought by T-Mobile, I'm wondering how that's going to work out).

Excellent customer service! Especially Dakota! He really is the reason I will keep returning to this location although all employees were exceptionally polite and professional. Keep up the great work Dakota! Thank you so much for everything and I LOVE MY PHONE!

Gabriella was amazing to work with. She was professional, kind and very helpful. She helped me add a line to my business account, set up my iPad, Tested it to make sure it worked, and was very pleasant to work with. If you need help with your business or family plan, talk to Gabriella.

I went to the store on Nov 26th to address an issue that didn't take place. Joseph Tetreault and Raymond Ramirez exceptionally resolved the issue within 10minutes. The same issue that could not be resolved by the original store and customer support. Thank you Guys for amazing customer service to both

Junie was helping me today when I decided this was my last try to fix a billing issue that I had called customer service about three times with no resolution. My experience with 611 customer service was terrible, every time I called I had a representative in a different country, was told a different story and different rate and the issue wasn't resolved.
Junie wasn't only very nice, she also called customer service immediately and had the charges removed from my account in less than 10 minutes- I was literally ready to just pay the bill and switch to Verizon instead. I should have saved myself the aggravation and headed to the store after the first call with no resolution from 611. Awesome service, thanks so much, Junie!

I have never experienced such amazing customer service in any store. Dennis and MJ have helped me through every step of my journey with T-Mobile, and switching my husband from Sprint. Everyone in the store has exceeded my expectations and helped me so much.

Look at the review dates! I have had great service at this location and the staff has been great. They get busy at times and you may have to wait, but that is because they spend time with each customer. Most of the lower reviews were 2-3 years ago. I think the store today is great. Been a Tmobile customer a long time, since Jamie Lee Curtis was on their ADs.

Gabriella always has a smile on her face when she helps me. She’s very knowledgeable and helped me with my upgrades. She’s definitely the best there!

I was in this store on Sunday and got terrible customer service, my problem did not get resolved. I went back to this store on Tuesday and talked to Andres ( I think that was his name). He provided great customer service with a smile and was able to get me an appointment with an Apple store after a little bit of frustration from the Apple customer service. Thanks Andres!

I went in & Johnathan was very helpful! He was patient & im glad I left the flower mound T-Mobile due to lack of service and went over to this location. Also the staff there is very knowledgeable and so helpful!!

There are two girls that work at this location. Madie is one, Can't remember there other girl's name. But those two are THE most competent people working here. Everything always goes smoothly when you deal with one of the girls..

Dez was great. She switched over our service, gave us all the options and had us out in 45 minutes.

The Highland Village T-Mobile store offers the best services for what you need. They will offer the best product or device available and still be able to keep you within your budget. Josh and Madden are extremely helpful!

The manager at this Tmobile location in the Highland Village marketplace square definitely made sure and assured me that everything will be taken care of and I had his personal guarantee that he will see to it that is taking care of in regards to the situation at hand he definitely went above and beyond to make sure that this matter was resolved and handled properly so anybody that goes to this location definitely might want to ask for him cuz he'll make sure he take care of you and make sure that everything is taken care of and done properly and done the right way & won't do like so many other store cell phone associates that only concerned with making a commission he tries to give it to you straight and without any nonsese regarding your device your looking to purchase which is entirely up To you of course ...
