Friendly and patient staffs who try to take good care of you. Sunday it closes early but the sitting area stays open for relaxing or work.

Located inside the Connecticut Convention Center, this Starbucks has about the quickest options to get a good beverage and a snack inside the convention center. Since outside food and drinks are prohibited from the center, Starbucks is in a great area for your convenience, inside the hallway between the Marriott, and the convention center/parking garage entrance. Due to its location it is pretty busy, but the line moves fairly quickly.

It took us a minute to find, but it was totally worth that minute. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and nice. The coffee me and my friend got was delicious. I also got some baby carrots, and they were so fresh and made an awesome snack. Overall, this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and I seriously recommend it.

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Starbucks and was told there was nothing they could do for me other than cancel it. They said they couldn’t refund my card either. I explained I couldn’t get there because I was walking and had an 18 month old with me. Still nothing. I came into the Marriott Starbucks location and there were 4 wonderful girls working behind the counter. I explained the story to them and NOT only did they give me my entire $10 order, no charge, they also gave my 18 month old a free cake pop. They were absolutely amazing and so sweet to me about the situation. Such good hospitality, thank you!

Lots of sofas and comfortable places to sit at in this Starbucks location. This one is the only one I've been to that has a home like feel to it. There are plenty of spots to charge your laptops and phones at. It can get pretty busy depending what's going on in that area, but it is worth the wait. I mean there is a convention center and a Marriott hotel. Starbucks is pretty much right between the two when you walk in the Marriott side, that's why it gets busy. The employees are friendly too!

Safe and convenient location inside the Hartford Marriott Downtown in Hartford, Connecticut. An easy 5-8 minute walk to the Connecticut Science Center and Constitution Plaza. Excellent seating throughout the Starbucks cafe with two large tv screens to view CNN, plenty of two seats and bench style seating with eating trays. I LOVE the sign language 🤟artwork at the entrance to Starbucks. Good customer service and plenty of staple Starbuck menu items such as susauge and cheddar on a English muffin and my favorite the Americano. Highly recommend this Starbucks 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐
