They gave me a hard time in the beginning because reservations but made my purchase smooth and was happy

The service here was phenomenal. Unlike any other shoe store I had previously been in. A woman asked me if I needed help and I mentioned a shoe I was interested in. Without hesitation, maybe 2 minutes later she came from the back room with the exact size I needed in the shoe I wanted. Prompt, and kind. I went about midday on weekend, so all things considered I couldn't have asked for much more from here.
The mall itself has a good amount to offer as well

Great place to buy shoes for all ages

It has been a long time since I went to Dadeland Mall. I recently won a raffle there, so I found myself back there. What a great greeting from the Store Manager Chris! He was super courteous! After purchasing my shoes, I told him I have some birthday coming up for my children. He took the time to help me find several options for my children (I have 4), while never missing a greeting or goodbye to any customer entering or leaving. I have always LOVED Champs Sports! With a fine example of management from Chris, I can tell that Dadeland Champs is in GREAT hands! I look forward to winning another raffle (hopefully!) And getting an excuse to come down to Dadeland again. I hope I see Chris when I go back!

I have never in my entire life had the experience i had with Ruben, Brian, Cassandra, Natalie, and Tommy, I want to apologize to them if any of the names were misspelled. Every single one of them went the extra mile to make sure i walked out with every single pair of shoe i wanted. They gave advice explained the difference and saw to it that i purchased the right shoe for me. I am shoe fanatic and i honestly had the best experience ever.

I just want to share my experience regarding my visit to the Dadeland location store I have been there three times in the last month and I have observed there employees in action it is incredible how helpful they are and I watch Sean in particular how he is so hands on and helping the customers and other employees I hope everyone gets this type of experience with other champs locations all I can say is I am very impressed

It was fantastic I had been looking for my 6 month old some tennis shoes I went to several stores and they told me that they didn't have them went to Champs and a very nice guy help me today let's just say I was very happy when I left Champs today

Great staff and selection

I called and Sabrina found the shoes I needed over the phone. I was leaving for Paris and I didn't want to go without these sneakers. Thank you Sabrina!
