E+ROSE Wellness Bodega at 505 Nashville

I feel blessed to have stumbled upon this place! The star was super kind, the menu is incredible, and I loved the immaculate vibrations inside with the high ceilings. Besides somehow spending $36 on a juice, a smoothie, and a chocolate bar, I am inspired!

The Best Acai bowl I've ever had! Very cool spot and incredible alternative to typical dining choices in the area. A real healthy food choice.

In the heart of Nashville, amongst dishes floating in southern oil, this cafe bring back clean food and natural flavors. Their coffees, smoothies and food taste delicious and are very refreshing.

I visited Nashville for a long weekend last year and honestly the smoothie bowl here miiiight have been one of the best things I had. Super friendly environment, great recommendations from the staff (shoutout to the redhead who took our order for making our smoothie bowls like an absolute PROFESSIONAL), and a nice sunny area to sit and relax while eating! The smoothie bowls were amazing and very filling and I tried a couple juices too! So glad I stopped by and would definitely go again next time I’m in Nashville!

I wish Google had more than 5 stars! Their bowls are huge and well for the price. I am so so happy they are so health-focused with limited and whole ingredients and made in-house milks. Definitely much needed options in a city full of friend food! I highly recommend their Nomad bowl and their what’s shakin latte.

Short Version: going to Dr. Katherine Hall’s office for a dental appointment. I had my pasties as I got to her office. Her office was full & I was an hour early with nothing to drink. Hey Bro, I got a flair for the dramatic.

I walk downstairs out of The St. Cloud building. As I lookout across the street. I see E+Rose & say to myself. OMG I NEED TO TRY THEM. I jaywalk across the street & carry my tush on in & ordered The Summer Sun! Heaven in a cup & I when I pass and leave this earth. I want my superpower to be liquid water along with the ingredients that made up this historic Summer Sun. I drank the entire smoothie and I follow a woman’s diet in relation to how much sugar I should consume per day. I broke my diet as I could not stop drinking my Summer Sun.

I am like their new cat that comes on your porch after you feed him. That’s my new home bro.

Just stopped by here to get matcha & mocha while on a business trip & really impressed by this place, but also the wonderful people who work here. The girls are not only beautiful, but also super friendly & efficient. The place was quite busy but we were in & out in less than 5 minutes. Love all the healthy stuff they have, from fresh juices to yummy salads, to healthy adaptogens/super foods they can add to anything. Genius! Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Nashville :)

Went here for an açaí bowl, very good açaí big portion, good service and great atmosphere.

I received such bad customer service at Copper Brunch, I decided to try something new. Well worth the money! Must grab if your in the city of Nashville! The Katalina Wrap is the best!

If you're standing on the street sweating in the Nashville heat wondering if you should walk into the E+ROSE Wellness Bodega let me save you the decision fatigue. Just do it. On this particular hot August day I knew I needed an Acai bowl to cool down.
My regular place was closed so I walked into here. The barista(unfortunately I don't know her name) recommended the Hanalei bowl. I couldn't be more pleased. It was perfectly creamy and the puffed brown rice added the perfect crunch! I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

Always have a great experience here. They have so many options for smoothies and bowls. I also love their selection of kombucha and probiotic waters. Staff is also always so nice.

After a long day of walking around Nashville I stopped in for a drink and got the Dark Magic smoothie. The music was great, my drink was delicious, and the staff were all friendly. Would totally come back next time I’m in town.

Love to stop here for lunch. Usually get the Nashville Hot Kale wrap and a bottle of the Southern Beet juice. Makes my day so much better! It’s a must when I’m downtown!

The barista was so helpful with my 1,000+ questions. The food just felt so clean to eat. Nothing processed here. The coffee was great! I’ll be back whenever I’m in Nashville.

Baristas were so nice and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious! I love that they actually have healthy and clean ingredients. 10/10 recommend!

This place was amazing! Everything tasted so fresh and I really appreciated them working with me on replacements in my bowl due to my coconut allergy.
