Amazing food and service! Granted, we went at 4pm, so it wasn't crazy busy, there were about 5 other tables there.

The food was amazing, except for the butter they provide for their bread.

I got eggplant parm & my husband got a Tortellini dish. We both loved it! Highly recommend!

This has been the best authentic Italian food I’ve had since moving to Texas 5 years ago. The service was amazing and the most friendly people imaginable.

This place was awesome! Very rich, excellent flavors. I had the Filet Madiera. The BYOB was fun! Definitely worth checking out. A reservation my be a good idea if you're trying to go right at prime time. The service was very friendly and attentive. The dining area was intimate yet spacious. I look forward to my next visit.

True Italian menu. Excellent layers of flavor. I enjoyed the chicken genovese! My Italian heritage left fully satisfied. Please excuse the images... the food was so good; I basically forgot to take pictures before I started eating. That empty plate was lemoncello cake!

This was one of the best Italian meals I have had. Every course was tasty. You could tell they were made fresh. Well worth the drive,will go back.

This place was very nice, from the beginning to the end. This place felt like I was in Italy. We ordered the Ravioli, chicken Marsala, angel hair pasta, manicotti w/meat sauce. They were all cooked to perfection. We then ordered the tiramisu ( my personal fav)and the cannoli. Top 5 best Tiramisu I had ever had!! We’ll come back again.

It was my first time here and will be coming back. The food and service was fantastic! It is a great sign when the place was packed on a Monday night. The portions were great and the bread was fresh. It is small but it gives it a "homey" feel. Also, has the the lasagna is so good, the sauce is on point!

I have been here twice with my sister. The second time in, the waiter remembered who we were and where we sat. Very personable. The food is delicious and reasonably priced for the size portion you get. Highly recommend Cafe Italia!!

I called last minute to get my family of 8 into eat. They got us right in right away. From the minute we got into the door we were sat down and served hot bread. Our service was outstanding and the food was hot and delicious portions are big and the tea was good. Great place!

This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants and is probably the most economic one. The bread is free and we usual already half full after enjoying the bread with butter

Being from California it is always challenging to find good quality food when i am out of town. Cafe Italia did not disappoint!! This is by far the best Italian food restaurant I have ever eaten at. The service was prompt and the food was outstanding!! I couldn't decide.. everything looked exquisite.. I finally settled on the Chicken Genovese.. the best ever. My son ordered the Lobster Ravioli..(Yes.. I tasted that, too! Yum!!) Let's not forget dessert.. The best Tiramisu and Creme Brulee!

The presentation on all of the plates was perfect.. the taste out of this world.. If I had to find one complaint.. it's the fact that I live in California and I can't come here every week! Thank you, Jimmy, Larry, Laura, and Enis, for an excellent dining experience!

Wonderful food and wait staff!!!! Highly recommend. Kinda wish there was a bit more lighting. Even soft lighting. But otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the meal!

Reservations are a must - and be ready for a crowded restaurant and parking.

With that said...this place was absolutely amazing.

Service - polite and friendly. Could use a bit more table clean up service but that’s being overly picky.

Food - absolutely amazing. I find it hard to rate Italian restaurants 5 stars but this one is a must on food alone.
While the specials sound good, the menu items are where it’s at. The veal plates and sauces are to die for. Pasta is handmade and just melts in your mouth.

Be aware!: BYOB
This is a good thing as the bill is cheap without spending money on bottles of wine - just bring your own.

Hands Down the Best Meal we had on our trip!!! We actually found it by accident. The atmosphere is amazing... the food is AMAZING and the closest I can imagine to eating a delicious authentic homemade Italian meal. We got there early and it quickly filled up so make a reservation.

*Protip - we noticed people bringing and drinking thier own bottles off wine...stop and bring one. We had the kids so no drinking but we will definitely be coming back when we are in town without the kids and bringing our favorite bottle! Love this place!!!

Wonderful atmosphere with fabulous service. The pasta we had was the best I've ever tasted and the quality of food was excellent! We went as a date night and it was the perfect atmosphere for it. I would recommend if you are on the prowl for some amazing Italian food. I had the ravioli with alfredo sauce and the bread they served seemed very fresh and was delightful! We will be back!

Would highly recommend! The ambiance is romantic and while it is a small restaurant, it is cozy and well organized. Every member of the staff that we encountered was welcoming and attentive. Our order came out fast and they offer bread and salad with every meal. The food was delicious. We ordered a lobster ravioli and a tortellini dish. Don't forget to bring your favorite wine since it is BYOB!
