Better Buzz Coffee Carlsbad

Second time purchasing here at the Carlsbad location. My coffee is very simple..brewed Americano, medium roast. But what IS important is freshness and they hit the mark for that one. If you need specialized coffee, jazzed up cold drinks, or even a snack, this your place! The staff is very friendly as well. I'll be back!

Usually a big Starbucks coffee drinker… But I do like to venture outside the box and try new and possibly good coffee shops. Now, I have had Better Buzz before, years and years ago in the mall. But, they have a great spot on Carlsbad Blvd near the beach. Has a delicious mocha latte. Order was taken by a friendly and courteous staff member and the drink came out in a timely manner. The inside was clean and inviting. They have an exterior window for easy order and pickup. Plenty of inside and outside seating. Free wifi and plug ins for your devices to be charged while you enjoy one of their tasty delectables. One of my new coffee spot go-to when in the area.

Cute little coffee shop with a nice atmosphere. They offer many specialty drinks and snacks. We got the iced horchata and pumpkin spice latte. I added heavy cream to tone down my drink because it was a little sweet for me. The line was out the door when we got here, but it moved very quickly so we got our drinks within a few mins. There is also a little lounge area which has many seats available. The drinks were very flavorful and the service was good.

Our go-to coffee spot in Carlsbad. The options are endless and open early, which isn't easy to find in a beach town. Not to mention, they have pup cups for your dog. I love the set up, signage, and atmosphere.

Cute coffee shop. Had the Horchata latte. It was sweet and delicious. I love coffee. I will be back soon. Location is perfect and convenient.

This place was very busy in the morning, resulting in a decent wait for the drink. However the staff was efficient at managing the crowds and still turned out perfect coffees in a good amount of time. Hats off to this crew! Shop was very clean as well. Nice patio seating!

Always great service and drinks for me so far. Everything is customizable. The few times I tried something new that wasn’t my style they happily remade something else for me.

Hard to get better than that.

Carlsbad is usually quieter than other spots.

I love better buzz! The lavender black tea latte is amazing. The staff here are very friendly and so far all my drinks have been awesome! Parking a little rough but worth the wait.

The place is brand new and everything is beautiful and perfect. It's bumblebee themed and it's very cute but also modern and chic. The beverages are really delicious, classic plain lattes or something special.

Buzzed to review this place! The service is great, they made recommendations, were super helpful. The coffee was great and I definitely feel a better buzz this morning.

Got the cold brew coconut latte and iced chai tea. Coconut cold brew was legit- not too sweet and at least the lower half was actually still blended and frozen. Chai also was on point and the little chocolate shavings they add are a good touch.

Busy location. Great coffee & small bites. I love to see Starbucks empty across the street & Better Buzz with a line down the sidewalk. Keep up the good work!

I love this better buzz in particular because they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The weekend closing crew is forever crushing it! They seriously are the best. Skip the starbs and DONT SLEEP ON THE BUZZ!

Great place took over from Cessys tacos. Great PCH1 location with baristas who take their coffee seriously! Open early with healthy food options.

I already love better buzz. But this location is a little bit tight. Not very wheelchair friendly. And the day we went surprisingly it was raining outside and they could not close a 'single' window. They said either all the windows have to be open or all the windows have to be closed. That seems like a defect in construction that needs to be fixed.

This new location is so pretty and well thought. The coffee was great, my avocado toast was delicious. It was easy to order and it was ready quickly after.

Very much enjoyed the coffee. Oat milk and other substitutes available.

It was a really rare great coffee experience. Possibly the best coffee I have had when travelling to the USA.

Always great but be aware of your health as sugar is not healthy
