Cafe Elysa

First time here, Erin and Theresa's customer service was phenomenal! They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The menu's variety made my experience even better. The food came out fast and it was delicious. I would recommend checking them out and trying the pastries!

Food was good and service as well. Food came out pretty quick considering we were a party of 10. The chocolate chip muffin was delicious. My bacon egg and cheese croissant as well! Parking was only downside.

It is hard to beat the outdoor seating area of this coffee shop right across from the oceanfront. There are cozy fire pits to enjoy in the morning. The coffee is strong and prepared with flourish. I particularly liked their fresh pastries.

Cute little Carlsbad coffee shop walking distance from the ocean. Good pasty and coffee Latte. Loved that they had some nice coffee style music playing. Sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather. Plenty of outdoor seating.

Best croissant sandwich and pastry in Carlsbad, coffee taste is good, French toast and strawberry are great, almond pastry and Nutella are rich in flavor and the prices are reasonable with good potions, the staff are very nice and friendly and very professional and always smiling, the whole vibes are amazing, will definitely go there and recommend it to my family and friends

A place with a line of locals outside gives good indication that food is good inside. The ultimate breakfast sandwich was good, but challenging to eat. I would not get that again. The quiche slice was generous. Hash browns are perfect. Columbian coffee, black, I rate a 7. I would eat there again

French toast with berries. I love this place! Their French toast is always so good. You can get them plain or with other items. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I had a delightful experience at Elysas Cafe. The smoothies were not only refreshingly delicious but also made with the freshest ingredients. If I could bring back home two things from Carlsbad, CA, it would be the beach and Cafe Elysa.

I'm never disappointed in this place! I always get something different every time we go! Their stuffed french toast is amazing (I attached a picture of stuffed apple cinnamon) and their breakfast sandwiches are good and filling (also attached a pic). If you sit outside on one side of the shop you can see the ocean! Overall, great food and relaxing atmosphere.

We came here for breakfast our first morning and came back the second :) The breakfast is delicious. We got the ham and egg croissant and Carlsbad Benedict, both were amazing!! Check it out if you’re visiting Carlsbad!

We tried a few places in Carlsbad during our vacation, but this place had the best food. I had the avocado toast and a side of hashbrowns, it was simple but delicious.

I had a really good experience here. I had the Carlsbad burger and fries. An excellent burger with perfectly cooked bacon and a fresh bun. Excellent fries. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the service was fast. Plus I got a pastry to go. I don’t remember the name but it is great. Filled with almond paste and Nutella. I’ll be back for more.
