La Tenoch Market

This review is about their in-house restaurant, not the market itself (though it looked well stocked with authentic essentials). The tacos are mind-blowingly juicy, lip-smacking flavorful, and came out fresh and hot. The carne asada skillet was delicious too. Decent amount of food at a great price.

My first time there today. I got 4 street tacos and side of rice beans. Everything tasted great and fresh. The people there were very friendly and helpful. Found new spot and definitely will be back again. And not expensive at all. Your on 3300 S you have to stop and tried it out will not be disappointed. Kris

I never give 5 stars. But this deserved 6 stars. Most flavorful, juicy, full of mind blowing, melt in your mouth tacos I ever had. The tortilla was dipped in yummy broth. The steak was drowning in the most banging marinade making it juicy and succulent. The chicken had flavors that can only be matched by God's chef in heaven. I want to marry the chef and work 4 jobs for her. She made food that no one is worthy of. Thank God the chef was put on this unworthy earth. To make our lives better. We are truly blessed. Oh BTW the lecha cake I would give up my famliy to the cops and make up fake allegation just to eat this again.

My girlfriend really loves this place, every now and then we come here and grab some tacos. The service is quick and quiet. I understand forgetting this and the only problem we've had was forgetting our salsa verde. From the outside this place don't look like what it really is. This place is like a mini store with snack, drinks, all kinds of meats and and a little restaurant type thing. All the workers work really hard. I haven't had a taco this good in a while, last I had one like this was with my mom cooking. Not gonna lie though looking at the reviews all the haters are gringos who don't really understand.

This location has south city tacos!! So good tried the shrimp tacos amazing !! Will go back

We always buy the LA Tenoch taco 🌮 😋 platter. Comes with red and green sauce, rice, and beans. Great price for over 25 tacos.

WOW taco platter is a great deal and its super authentic and delicious. Soups are phenomenal. As a Mexican food enthusiast from southern California, I'll vouch for this place.

The elotes are just like the ones I had in LA as a kid. The party taco platter is insanely good

Hidden gem in Millcreek. The restaurant is a must visit if you want authentic Mexican food. I have so many positive things to say about it. But I don't have the time to spell it out at the moment. I just want you to try this place. The mexican food rocks here. Great prices and service too.

Excellent tacos at a really great price. You have to get these to go and they refrigerate very well.

They had the best Horchata and the tacos were fantastic and then they gave us extra ones that were also just as great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a great meal.

Decided to take my fiance in for lunch today, and we wanted something different, so we picked La Tenoch. I'm absolutely happy to say that we did. The Al Pastor tacos (I had six of them) were oh so flavorful, and surprisingly big. The salsas had a very nice kick too. My fiance had their menudo was a delightful meal for her. I will happily recommend them!

The best Mexican food by far that I’ve had coming to Utah. Completely great even when you order on door dash which is always a gamble. The cashier who helped me order my food was so sweet and helpful and the cashier on the grocer side was super kind and welcoming. They had a good selection of snacks and foods in its grocery side which are hard to come by in regular American grocers! Definitely going to be a staple for when I’m craving that kind of food and don’t have time to cook

Best burrito of my life. We ordered the pollo and barbacoa. Filled with flavor, texture, and delicious meat. I will be frequenting La Tenoch and trying more of their menu. Very affordable and fast friendly service, huge portion!

Best place to shop for fresh ingredients for Mexican food. The owner and employees are the most polite people ever. Cleanest store in Utah I swear. You will love this place.

If I could give it ten stars, I would! This is truly the best tacos I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The sauces, are flavorful and spicy! The meat is juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor! I even enjoy the packaging. The beans are delicious, not pasty and have a slight kick. The rice is good and I like the veggies in it. Honestly am considering making a video review on this restaurant because it truly deserves the attention. Thank you 🙏

Delicious food, well packed takeout. We had to wait a few extra minutes for our order and they threw in Cokes for us which I appreciated, very friendly.

Edited to update. My husband and I have eaten here SO many times. Never disappointed, always delicious. I could easily eat here at least once a week. Get the taco platter you won’t regret it.

Awesome tacos, great staff! Me and some coworkers stopped in after driving UTA buses all day and they did not disappoint! This is my new go to spot for tacos! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu and do some shopping!

Friendly staff and great atmosphere, and their quesabirrias are a must try!
