Cenote

Great spot to order coffee to go or stay and eat. The space has ample seating both inside and outside and the food portions are good. I get the vegan taco and it's so big I have to eat some of the ingredients before I can roll it up. We also like the pancakes...so fluffy!

Came to Austin with my husband for training, so while he was busy, I wanted to experience something new. I was quickly pointed to this location, and it does not disappoint!

Greeted very friendly once to the register, and the cashier was super helpful with all my questions.
They helped me decide on a horchata cold brew and the hummus plate. My cold brew was amazing, I'm picky on my coffee. It was not bitter at all, and for my preference, the sweetness was perfect! The hummus tastes so fresh along with my pita being nicely warmed when delivered.

With seating inside for cooler days and outside seating for the perfect weather when I was there, it's just a perfect little spot.

What a great restaurant & coffee space located in the thick of beautiful greenery. I love the location and the staff was super friendly! I ordered the breakfast burrito, which was pretty hefty considering I am 6'3 and am a pretty large human. Filled with turkey sausage (although you can get turkey sausage, bacon or avocado), potatoes, egg & cheese, this burrito was absolutely perfect! My girlfriend had the avocado toast with egg & bacon. This was served with a side of pesto aoili, which I've never had before, and I don't know why because this aoili was absolutely perfect with the avocado and sprouts! We ordered Mexican mocha, which provided some spice in our lattes and a robust mocha flavor behind it! We had to wait a little bit longer for our food & I believe it was due to a kitchen mix-up, which tends to happen a lot in the food industry....so I get it. One of the employees was even kind enough to give us a pastry for our patience & frustration, which was admirable & appreciated. All in all, great food & atmosphere with kind customer service. I'll take kind service any day of the week, so thank you all :)

My husband and I cannot speak of the food here but we ordered and iced vanilla latte and iced chai tea latte. We were super impressed with the drinks! Their chai is house made and it was so flavourful! The interior of the cafe is super cute but we went at a busier time so we sat on the patio. We brought out Kindle's and read. It was very cozy here. There are fan son the patio and it is covered. Very peaceful :) The line was long when we arrived but it moves quick. Super cute spot that should be a pit stop if you're into having a nice coffee or tea! The food looked really yummy so next visit we'll have to try it out :)

My favourite spot in Austin for brunch, ended up staying here for a couple of hours and ordering more drinks and food. The burritos are great, staff are really friendly and engaging and the atmosphere is real nice. The front yard area is nice for a sunny morning as well. I decided to buy a Cenote shirt so I can rep it in Australia

Parking wasn’t an issue for this tight, busy neighborhood. If you order the breakfast taco (breakfast served all day) I would start with just one. They are huge. I loved the choice of homemade tortillas 50/50 flour/corn. Good choices on board for coffee drinks & other beverages. Can’t comment more as I drank H2O. Great vibe on patio where dogs welcome. Inside kept some of the “this used to be a home” ambiance. I will return.

Went for a breakfast and was surprised with a generous size of the portions. Perfect place for a breakfast and brunch!

Definitely a cool brunch spot to visit when you’re in Austin. The place has a nice vibe and quite the selection for coffee, food and drinks. Me and my friends enjoyed our brunch. The salmon salad was really good make sure to order the Apple Butter pancakes because it was really amazing! The biscuit that came with my order was really good too. Highly recommend this place! Great service and nice staff as well.

This was a great spot. Just east of downtown Austin, it was a great place to stop for brunch. They have a daily special menu as well as a fantastic breakfast and lunch menu. They also have a coffee bar and make a horchata nitro brew, which was fantastic. They have an outside area and in door. The most outstanding item was that they have a free Narcan vending machine out in front. This shows that they are participating in combating the opioid epidemic that has plagued the USA. This is a great restaurant.

Chill coffee shop that has amazing coffee and treats for even better prices!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spot near the city with great scenery

Had the avocado toast with fried eggs (they don’t do poached eggs during the week I was told) and it was tummy. Didn’t come with any sides so I thought it would leave me hungry but it was very filling. Also had coffee, it was okay.

The outdoor seating area is very cool and you can just take your laptop and work there. For me it didn’t really work I guess because we were sitting at the far end so the wifi was kinda off. The decor of the inside of the cafe is very cute, and so are the orange flowers that surround it. There’s a little play area in the yard for kids.

Coffee shop in a hip space that seemed like a converted house. They made a pretty good oat chai latte.

I’m sad the Cameron Rd location closed but I still get takeout from here from time to time. The salads are great! My fav is the Mango Fields.

Our lattes were made perfectly. The Avocado toast was flavorful. The huevos rancheros were a favorite. Overall, the food was delicious.. very cute outside seating.

Wouldn't recommend walking to this place unless you are familiar with the neighborhood.

I am the biggest food critic! But for the first time ever, I have not one critique! So this is actually my first time to leave a review about anything EVER! First things first, vibes are everything! Tucked away and quaint with outdoor seating, very chic! And the service! Best I’ve had in a long time! They actually give off the impression that they genuinely love their jobs and their customers! The cashier made me even more excited to eat there because she was that enthused about what they were serving (but not in a creepy and over the top kind of excited 😆) Now on to the food and drinks, compliments to the chef because I’m hard to please and SOMETHING always could have been better. Wait! I actually do have ONE minor inconvenience… there could be a “Cenote” closer to the Beaumont, Tx area 🤣🤷🏻‍♀😁

Cenote is my go-to for coffee, lunch, and even the occasional Friday beer, despite learning it’s not pronounced “see-note” after months of weekly visits. The staff is phenomenal—always kind, welcoming, and open to chat. The food is fantastic; I highly recommend trying their burger of the month. I’ve tried everything on the menu, and my current favorite is the taco banh mi. Cheers to a great coffee shop and café!

I’ve been going to Cenote since they opened. It’s the best coffee house with real food and old Austin vibes. Highly recommend!!!
