Oliver was always ready to find solutions to any questions or concerns I had about my online order. Not only was he friendly and courteous, but he went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and pleasant experience.

Very pleasant experience shopping with Sam and the other young lady there today! They were friendly and very knowledgeable of the sunglasses which lead to me getting the perfect pair! Its a great place for someone with Anxieties to shop also. Best of all they clean and sanitize each pair which means they keep germs at a minimum. I highly recommend and would give more stars if I could!

The manager Sam at the citadel mall store is awesome! Great customer service, she even suggested the protection plan for my new sunglasses. I usually go to castle rock store and never was I offered the protection plan before. I’m going to this store from now on. Thanks for the great service Sam.

I love my pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I just purchased at their Citadel Mall location!!! I regret not getting two pairs because they are offering 50% off if you purchase two pair of sunglasses at this location!!! I honestly cannot get over the employees here. They are incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me in a time that I desperately needed them! Guys, I’m not sure what’s up with the few negatives, but I promise that this store and staff were absolutely exceptional. Thank you guys so much for all of your help! I went there earlier in the day. Adam was working in the store and was extremely helpful. The guy deserves a raise. I’m very picky in regards to my Stunna shades, and he spent almost an hour looking through glasses in back stock to help me find an affordable but awesome looking pair of glasses. I have zero complaints.
