Shoutout to Lovie, Javon, and another clerk (whos name i unfortunately did not get) for helping locate my package. I was hurriedly going out of town and needed to have it before I left. They were all incredibly helpful and worked together to help me out. Could not have asked for better service with USPS !!

Clerk lady was nice, didn’t have to wait long (less then 5 minutes) not sure if this was usual slow or busy time (arrived about 4:15 PM on Monday)

I have huge respect for post people, they get us mail shine or rain or snow or ice. Thank you!!!
Just little comment: (not in the mean way at all, I know ya’ll busy) time to trim hedges up front of building.

I recently had to request a lock change for my home mailbox. The amazing service provided by one of my mail carriers, followed by a home delivery of my new keys blew me away! Thank you Donelson Post Office for your amazing display of service! 👌🏻

Ernest is a true professional. He always has a smile and is willing to help you out. He makes doing business at this post office enjoyable.

I’ve used this office multiple times and have always had a positive experience! The staff can’t control rules and circumstances, which frustrates a lot of customers, but they still do everything in their power to help and make things work.

I use this post office all the time. Friendly staff, never any issues! Save the USPS!

The NEW man seems excellent and I am waiting to see if this continues. Interior has that retro look of the 1950’s. NEEDS TOTAL UPGRADE.

Do not go here for passport interviews! It is much quicker to schedule an appointment in Chattanooga and make the drive. You'll get your interview done with and be back home quicker by getting it done in Chattanooga. The scenery also beats their drab interiors add well.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! No one ever answers the phone and they are currently playing hot potato with one of my shipments!! Unprofessional and poor customer service. Sherice from the other post office was very helpful and told me more info. on the package but this post office couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone!! My packet has been sitting in Nashville for a week now since it shipped late last month and est. delivery by 4/29!! Terrible!

USPS says it was delivered in Parcel locker. No key was left in mailbox and all Parcel Lockers near my mailbox were left opened. Went to this location to talk to someone at 3pm. This place has been closed since I got there but hours say open until 5pm. Called and no answer. Pretty disappointing being that I have a lost package and don’t even have a reliable place to go to find out what happened to my package
